He’s a better fit for us based on skill, need, desire, locker room atmosphere, not to mention we are in a lawsuit with him that we have a weak hand on and will likely lose that we can also settle and get back some credit to 2020’s cap.

I'm going with Rosenhaus as the author. I rate it a solid 8. Had he misspelled a bit, tortured the syntax and left out the 'minor setback' part I'd have gone as far as a 9.
