Their little FFL minds would explode.....or they would just get bored and resume vaping.

.
They should just stick to beer.

Dude stop living in the past, and when is the new Dude movie coming out, we've been waiting forever man.
Jesus Rolls seems like a disappointment in the making

The unsolicited praise of Cannon was atypical and interesting. BB has become mister smiley and Brady, the cranky curmudgeon. 10-1.

Cannon fell on the grenade tonight. If Cannon hadn't manned up, it would have been Wynn at LT and Newhouse at RT, and Brady might have stroked out before game time.

You know you have a good defense when your offense gets to go out and play with limited/first year weapons, to try and get acclimated - which is what the situation was with the offense today. Defense is carrying a massive load, and you should prob stop expecting Brady to throw 3-4 TDS a game, it's not happening right now.

Enjoy a stellar defense, and hope the offense gets it going when Sanu/Dorsett return.

I agree that, if his only point is that stiffs (comparative, not overall) play like stiffs, he's got no real point. But that's not his point. His point is that the team needn't, and shouldn't, be relying on those stiffs. And he's got a valid gripe there.

Agree, But he was specifically singling out Harry and Meyers originally. These guys are gonna be sloppy in good weather never mind this. So it was not worth worrying about.

The rookie WRs were also problems today.

People who can't acknowledge that have agendas.

That sword cuts both ways.

A number of players made bad plays today including Brady. Yet I only see our rookie WRs get the criticism.

NFL WRs are supposed to catch footballs in the rain. Anyone with a working brain understands that. And, since the context here is that we were discussing the Patriots players specifically, and for specific reasons, it would be asinine to start talking about players who are not on the Patriots.

It is what it is.

Deus Irae: The weather elements can only affect the other team. It cannot affect the Patriots.

Got it.

If only there were a reason for people discussing the two young WRs in conversations about the WR problems during the game...

Yet the talking heads spent an entire week complaining about his complaints. Even on this forum, posters threw him under the bus for his post game. So what?

Who cares if people complain on this forum? It's not going to change anything. Do we want a forum where everyone says the same thing and agrees with each other on everything? How f$%ing boring. This isn't Pleasantville. Get over it.
People can say whatever they want.
I’m saying it’s bizarre to me that people can’t enjoy a win and within 5 minutes after the game (and from what I hear, during the game in the game day thread) all they talk about is negative.
It’s odd to me that being the fan of the winningest team ever materializes as never being happy.
Frankly it’s annoying to have to have conversation about a win dominated by complaining.

Shmessy: I jumped into the conversation, and I continue to show my ass because I can't just accept that the discussion was specifically about the Patriots WRs, and not about the weather or the other team.

Got it.

Brady’s accuracy was amazing today, even/especially on some of the incompletes. Reason for optimism going forward.

Big improvement over last week! Last week had some very uncharacteristic moments for him in this short “putting game”.

Were you at the game?

Thank god that final play went nowhere.
Would have sucked to lose because a Marine touched the ball and prevented the clock from expiring on Brady’s throw.

The clock hung at 00:01 for an extra second beforehand, so I doubt another millisecond would have change the timekeeper's mind about prematurely stopping it.
