The Patriots 2 best offensive drives end in 2 missed FGs.

To quote Saban. Don't worry about the outcomes but your execution. You will get the results you deserve based on the quality of your execution.

I was expecting the RBs to be more involved...screens, split out wide, motions. It is tough sledding and they have been moving the ball at times, but seems like White/Burkhead could be put to use
Uh yeah....I would too....maybe Josh has been in the beer line in first half?!?!

Don't sell yourself short. Doesn't that stand for "U.S. As F***"? No no I know "U.S. Alliance of Football..."

PS I have no props to back this up. Please don't strafe my house.

Thank you for your cervix.

One aspect we haven't talked about with the offense...they've had some really shiite weather the past four weeks or so. High knot swirling wind, driving rain, etc. Not absolving the play in total, but the really crap weather has had an impact too.

Why? Because folk missed a 48 yard field goal in s**** weather? Or???
Vinateri and most likely Ghost makes at least 1 out of 2 today.....Folk sucks

On bright side of this nasty day, TB looks more confident and holding his own, receivers getting their chance, could be worse, Sony showing good signs but Josh can't be predictable with his runs. I'd like to see White in there for screens.

That is certainly a reasonable 2nd guess. I think they wanted 13-6 more because it was more likely of an outcome

Short of a game winning situation I think I'd like to see them go for it unless it's 44 yards or shorter for the rest of the game, definitely in the lighthouse end of the field.

There's absolutely a culture of troop worship in this country, there are flyovers and "salutes to service" and other dumb ******** in this very football game, including guys wearing camo gear. There's a sense that simply being a troop makes you unimpeachable, the president is pandering to people by pardoning war criminals who were turned in by their own damn units for ****'s sake. It's absolutely stupid as hell that they ask veterans to stand at sporting events to be applauded and stuff like that. And that veterans get preference in seating on planes. All that crap. None of it exists outside this country, and it shouldn't exist here.

You are however correct that that very little of it is asked for by the troops. The only vets who really give a **** and aren't hugely embarrassed by the whole thing are pogue dipshits who peeled potatoes and got "asked to leave" the military because they got a DUI and have no other identity, them and the boot 18 year olds (or fresh lieutenants) who are too young and stupid to know better, in part because military training encourages you to be young and stupid. Also guys who served in the 80s.
give it a rest..you have no clue about what it means to serve

I don't think being an analyst is his strongsuit...
No worse than Terry Bradshaw, but maybe it is too much having more than one goofball.

How bad is the guy behind Newhouse that they won't put him in even as Newhouse does his best Weekend at Bernie's impersonation?
He must be absolutely horrific

Dallas has to happy where they’re at. We need to finish drives otherwise it will go down to the wire.
The entire football world knows that the Pats are offensively challenged. They know if they can beat our defense, they win. That's all they have to worry about.

Folk makes at least 1 , maybe both FGs if he was kicking into the other end or into that same end if the weather was better. Distance was there and they were slightly wide

The NEP are Mandolorians.

The rest are Ewoks

As screwed up as the quoted post is, and it's screwed about 10 ways from Sunday, it's still not worse than a fair percentage of any game day thread.
