For the second-straight home game weekend we have sunny Saturday (zero precipitation) ... 100-PERCENT RAIN ON SUNDAY WITH 14 MPH WIND, high in the 40s ... fair Monday (10-percent chance of precipitation).:mad::mad::mad::mad:

@Patjew Hope to see your smiling face in Foxboro at least an hour before kickoff. Right? RIGHT?
Right! Right? Wrong. :(

LOL, My wife and I took my daughter to see them when she was 12 (so 12-ish years ago) and I actually listened to their music so I'd be somewhat familiar when we went. Although, My wife and I wore - and made her wear - earplugs to dampen some of the noise because teenage girls can certainly scream :D

But she had fun and it was actually a pretty good show
I hear ya on the teenage girls. I went to Shawn Mendes two years ago with my daughter and my nieces and I thought my ears were bleeding by the time I got out of there. I'm going to get lubed up ahead of time to head off the headache!

Yes, reliable sources say that BB gets all nervous if he can't find @Patjew in the stands before the game.
My seats are actually very close to where Ernie Adams sits in the booth. Sometimes I catch him looking down at me and trying to figure out what I think the Pats should do.

That means a wind chill in the 30's. Sucks for the fans in the Stadium (layers and windbreaker/waterproof gear recommended), but it should work against the 'Boys from Jerruh's comfy dome and, even though it's not going to be snowing, it should be what Brewski used to call "Patriots' Weather."

Bring on the " Patriots' Weather' I wish I could be there.

Belichick always takes away the opponents' best weapon, and for this game that's Zeke. That's going to force Dak to throw all game, which plays to our strength.

Furthermore, Dak is going to be throwing a wet ball, which he's not used to doing. I think the Pats are going to win this one but it will be a low scoring game ...20-10.

I thought with this weather prediction, the ticket prices would plummet but no luck. Still big bucks for decent seats. I guess Dallas fans don't mind the cold rain either? :)

I’ve been trying to sell mine with no luck at all, and I’m being aggressive. Prices may be high but I’m not sure they’re really selling.

But aren't your seats up high in the 300's? I wouldn't want to be up there in the cold, wind & rain. I did that once - won't do it again. :)

Optimal seats for this game are in the last 5 or 6 rows of the 100's along the sidelines as they're under cover.

Exactly, way up high. I call them the “god seats” because you’re sitting so close to god up there.

While I completely agree with your eminently sensible decision, you do realize, don't you, that this means we can blame you if they should...shudder...lose? If they do, you'll just have to man up and take responsibility...just like I take responsibility for the SB XLII loss because I replaced the TV on which they won XXXVI, XXXVII and XXXVIII right before the game whose name we do not mention. It was my fault. I own it.

Sounds like perfect weather for our absolute juggernaut of an offense.
I couldn't decide whether to choose the "Funny" icon or the "Agree" icon...but I "F-Agree" with that comment. Cold, rainy weather should play to the Pats advantage...will come down to limiting their #1 weapon, Zeke, and keeping Dak in the pocket...a tall order, but I think/hope this D is up to it.

Of course, fair is fair! I will just say that my record watching the Pats from home because I'm afraid of the rain is pretty, pretty good this year.

(Stop buying TVs please.)

i thought it’s because you’re shivering and muttering “oh god oh god oh my god oh my god”

No, that's what I say while disappointing a special lady.

I was 3 for 3 on the old TV (a Mitsubishi 40" screen that weighed a ton but was the biggest TV you could buy in the late '90s...if I'd kept it they'd have nine Lombardi's), but only 1 for 3 on the Panasonic Plasma (the name of which should be cursed forever...though it did redeem itself by allowing Butler to make his pick). Two for three on the most recent Samsung LCD.

Just suck it up and go to the game. If you keep down this path the only games you'll ever attend will be in September. Then you won't be going outside when it rains in July and call in sick whenever it snows. It's a slippery slope to terminal wimpdom, PJ.

Yeah, you’re probably right. My M.O. of late has been to go to games in September and October and then go to the playoffs. I probably should suck it up and go on Sunday.
