We are on to Dallas

While players earned a "Victory Monday", no surprise that QB Tom Brady was still present at the facility today. He was one of many players to still report for work despite not being obligated to.

The Professional Tom work with Harry please work with him and Meyers so they can understand where they need to be at all times on the Field.

Offense figures it out (somewhat), harry/sanu TDs. Defense embarasses Dak with 2 picks.

31-13, no way the cowpokes win at Gillette.

Dallas doesn’t feel like a warm weather team. They’re tough. They’ve won some big games late in the year in Philly.

Eagles aren't really a good example. That's a weird matchup.

Under Garrett Dallas is 6-2 in Philly and 4-5 (3-5 before a couple weeks ago) in Dallas against the Eagles. It's one of those strange things where you'd think it would be flipped. So not sure that's a good example

Cowboys under Garrett are 7-10 vs AFC teams on the road & 2-6 on the road vs AFC teams that made the playoffs. The 2 wins were against the '12 wild card Bengals and the '16 Steelers who were 4-5 at the time.

Overall under Garrett Cowboys are 9-16* on the road against teams that made the playoffs.
*This assumes the Saints will make the playoffs this year

Cowboys are loaded at least on paper. Bill will school boggs aka Garrett!!!

Cowboys are loaded in the talent department but they routinely get outcoached and underperform. But on paper this is a tougher matchup than Philadelphia. Dak Prescott is having a torrid season. We will have our hands full.

I'm thinking we will need to score more than 17 points to win this next game. Fortunately we get to play at home because the Pats offense still has a LOT of kinks to work out!

Cowboy fans are lurking.

At Pats forum

100x cooler than the crowd at Chiefs Planet

Dak Prescott is having a torrid season

to be fair he hasn't played a defense or secondary close to what the Pats are, closest thing was the Saints defense and he had a meh game and they only scored 10.

I dunno I want to hang my hopes on Garrett playing to the Pats strengths. That would be too easy.

Sounds like Amari Cooper will play but he banged up. He's had multiple MRIs this year and wasn't the same last week.

.....and I can't see Gallup and Cobb having the same kind of day vs Gilly, JMC, JJ and JC.

If AC is still dealing with the ankle and knee then have JC or JMC man up on him and have JJ on Cobb and Gilly will erase Gallup.

Play 7 in the box and ensure Zeke stays contained and Dak in the pocket.

That'll do.

Michael Gallup is quite a find for the Cowboys. Wish Pats brass had went after Cobb know there's a lot of wear on those tires with injuries but Cobb has shown this year he's not done. :(

small correction for the OP

Dallas is on to us!

Carry on.

I would not have a good feeling going into Balt for the AFCCG.
We got to KC and win last yr and win in BAL this yr in a AFCCG, the haters and experts heads would explode. I would love for this to happen .

The keys to this game read like a list of football cliches:

1) Stop the run to set up 2nd/3rd and long.

2) Keep Dak in the pocket and force him to complete throws against this secondary.

3) Give Brady time in the pocket.

Do two out of three and we should win. Do all three and we should win handily.

Do you mean the posters would explode?

The experts and bettors have picked the patriots for months.

Dak is at his best throwing outside the numbers. Unfortunately for him and for the Clapper, that's what we excel at, in terms of coverage.
