Then the Pats are in deep trouble.

Poor truthful Triumph started a thread months ago highlighting the NEP WR woes and he was vilified. Nobody wanted to face the music. They couldn't handle the truth. Now, here we are today with a passing offense in shambles. Brady is just throwing the ball up there in double and sometimes triple coverage and praying for the best.

The only person who could fix this tomorrow is AB, but he aint coming back. Poor WR drafting has come home to roost and this time Brady is in no mood to pretend that everything is hunky dory.
I would’ve liked the Sanu trade if it was for a 4th round pick. His play throughout his career did not warrant a 2nd round pick. If people think he’s going to blow up in the offense, they will be very disappointed. He’ll get his catches here and there, but that’s about it. He’s a decent WR at best.

It’s amazing how stacked they were at WR and what they are now is ridiculous.

They are better at WR now than at any point this season except for those 10 days where AB was on the team.

Sanu will be a key cog that will turn this offense around. He is exactly what was missing since Gronk retired and AB got booted. Another dependable inside target.

Not happy either now Dorsett is often nicked up and also Sanu. I would have kept Gordon until he you know what again I question the way we handled our Receiver situation. Gordon looked fine in Seattle last game it's not like this anemic Offense couldn't use him oh well.

I think Wynn will make a huge difference.
With him at LT Brady pretty much has the full width of the field to utilize.
Yesterday the Eagles squeezed Brady to only have half the width to use.
That is a huge handicap ...

Brady tried breaking free a few times to look left but all he got out of it was a glimpse.

I know offense was not great but let s admit Wynn is really wellcome back to say the least...

Dislikes are the best react

And if we HAD taken Jackson instead of Wynn, where would he be right now? ON THE BENCH, that's where, and you would have been posting, "why the f*ck did we waste a pick on a kid who is 2 years away from getting on the field?"

Yeah ummmm....At this point, Lamar would be flashing so much in practice, preseason that he'd be pushing Brady for the starting job. We'd have the future FRANCHISE QB on the bench and the Ravens would be a below .500 team without one.

We dropped the ball on this one

The Ravens have built their entire team around Lamar Jackson and have gone completely all in playing to his strengths. The Patriots wouldn't be building an offense around a backup QB, so I doubt Jackson would be flashing so much in practice and preseason he'd be on the verge of taking Brady's job.

Whatever Deus. Brady is the GOAT but he's 42 and near retirement, or playing for another team.

Jackson is going to win MVP this year, has demonstrated elite athletic ability rarely seen before, throws the ball a lot better than the homers on this forum want to admit, and he was heavily on the patriots radar pre draft. A home run fell to our lap TWICE in the first round last year and we balked.

Bill dropped the ball all right...but not because he didn't draft LBS Jackson, but because he didn't draft Nick Chubb.

Jackson wouldn't have seen the field in New England. The Patriots wouldn't have retooled their entire offense over a guy on the bench. Jackson would never have had his rookie season to develop. Therefore, Jackson wouldn't be doing anything but sitting on the bench.

Your trolling is a joke.

I hope we give Harris a chance. Is he he that bad he can't even beat out anyone on the depth chart right now? I'm ready to move on from Sony.

His physicality fits the offense better. Dude could have 1,500 yards rushing and 10 TD’s.

The bench is fine. Plenty of great QBs spent their first three years on the bench. When brady left or retired, Jackson would take over and keep us in the superbowl hunt every year. Instead, we are stuck with Stidham or some JAG.

"Retooled"

except Jackson has a lot of experience running a erhardt perkins type offense.

"Trolling"

Whatever makes you happy Deus. I've been posting here for a decade, what posters say doesn't bother me.

He looks slower than Sony.
