Yes, we could be playing a 10-4 BUF team at home, with us at 11-3.

WHAT???

I understand division first, but we play Buffalo at home. A win in that one and you've got a four game lead.

And are you more concerned about that game or a road playoff game in Baltimore?

If they've gone 2-2 and can't beat Buffalo in that spot then something is really wrong.

Baltimore has 1 tough game left IMO

So They can easily go 13-3

Pats can only afford 1 L for #1...2 if Baltimore stumbles here

I'm going to sound like such a hater but if THIS Pats team goes 14-2, that's the worst 14-2 team ever.

But they won't so everything is cool.

Yup, but I'd prefer that game to be meaningless.

Agree. I think BAL is going 13-3.

The only way to solve Baltimore's Running is a Injured Lamar Jackson. His runs - fake hand offs and misdirection just fools Defenders it's embarrassing.

15-1

The Texans looked pretty bad yesterday. I was not impressed by Watson at all. He looked like he did not know what to do with himself in the pocket. So many times, he scrambled around only to get sacked. I was screaming at him to throw the ball away or tuck it and run.

Apparently Deshaun Watson took a vacation to Mexico during the bye week. If it's me, I'm using that time to prepare for the best team in the AFC and biggest game of the year. The Mexico vacation can wait. He looked completely ill-prepared yesterday.

Ravens peaked too soon....they are going to lose 2 of the next 3....I believe they will lose at Buffalo

Ravens will run the table if they get by SF. Really that's the only shot at them losing another regular season game. LAR are pathetic (if you watched yesterday), and Buffalo lol...

The question is, can NE run the table as well because I believe they are going to need to to be able to secure HFA. I think we can take them in Baltimore, especially if we find a way to frustrate a young and inexperienced Lamar.

I want one of the BYEs more than I do HFA.

I would love to go to Baltimore for the AFC title game...to repay the favor they bestowed upon us in 2012....

And yet, if not for Edelman's fumble that game could have gone the other way. That's in spite of the fact that the Ratbirds got an extra week of rest and to prepare for the Pats. You're right though, a rematch won't be easy if it comes to that.
And yet if not for the two stupid Ravens fumbles in the first half, Baltimore would have been leading by close to 30 at halftime and NE wouldn't have been sniffing a comeback.

If you're gonna play the "if not for bad fluke play by team A, team A would have done better and so was better than it looked" card you have to play the card for both teams, not just your team.

Ravens could very well run the table and go 14-2. Their 2 toughest games are both in Baltimore. Road wins are hard to come by in the NFL. I believe they'll beat sf in balt.
So Pats really need to go 15-1 for the #1 seed.
Although I'm not worried about beating Ravens in balt. Will be completely different gameplan. I'm betting BB will be far more aggressive on D than last time, something they've been all year except that game.
The offense should be improved. If it's not, then we can worry.

Disagree with you when it comes to the rams game. They’re still playing for a playoff spot. Also they where missing cooks and woods. They likely could get those guys back next monday. They have a d line that can trouble the ravens. They’re not bad against the run .

I think Baltimore loses 1 of the next 2 games rams or sf, then has a stinker down the stretch. They’re hot right now but the ravens typically lose some games they shouldn’t. 12-4

Still 6 games left, but it looks like the clear frontrunners are the Patriots and the Ravens. We still have the lead on them because we only have 1 loss to their 2, but they hold the tiebreaker. Patriots have Dallas, @ Houston, vs. KC, @ Cincinnati, vs. Buffalo, vs. Miami. I look at those games and I see AT WORST 13-3. But I think 14-2 is probably the most likely. If they somehow lose 3 of their last 6 they don't deserve top seed anyway. The Patriots can probably still get a bye with 12-4 though. Although I wouldn't test those waters. 14-2 is a good bet for NE I think. The next 3 games are going to be a challenge, but the last 3 don't concern too much, even with Buffalo there. I'm still not convinced the Bills are a legit contender.

Baltimore has @ LA Rams, vs. San Francisco, @ Buffalo, vs. NY Jets, @ Cleveland, @ Pittsburgh. I think their schedule is just slightly more difficult. 4 road games and the only real "easy" game being against the Jets. The 49ers are going to be tough and the Steelers and Browns are divisional opponents who definitely won't make it easy on Baltimore. I see Baltimore going at best 5-1, but more likely 4-2 down the stretch.

My prediction is NE finishes 14-2, Baltimore finishes 12-4. I still like the Patriots for the top seed. They just have to execute well and play well. They have 4 home games left and Baltimore only has 2, so that should be an advantage too.
Without the statue of Ray (he killed a guy or maybe two) Lewis outside M&T Bank Stadium to inspire them, the Ravens lose two of four on the road.

We'll see. If they're gonna lose a game,my bet would be rams, since it's in la. Not many home playoff contenders are losing to other playoff contenders this time of year. Balt is better than rams but could easily lose that game. I don't see sf winning in balt

Rams are a mentally weak Team especially on O Ravens will out physical them. Also the Rams might be the odd Team out come playoffs in the NFC. I see 49ers - Sea Hawks - New Orleans - Green Bay - Minnesota and NFC East winner only. Only Six if I remember correctly.

But their QB sucks and that's going to be a problem

Still playing for something and they will have two of their weapons back. We shall see. I do like their d line matches up against the ravens OL.
