I never noticed anything but Zolak did I guess.
They were. There were hundreds of TVs playing the game and warmth away from the wind...I didn't notice extra crowd noise on the broadcast, but I did notice that the upper deck of the stadium looked about 1/3 to 1/2 empty when they panned the stadium at some point in the 1st half (i.e. when the game was well under way and folks should have been in their seats). I found that surprising, although I guess it was a cold windy day. Maybe folks were watching from the concourses.
