I am sure this has crossed everyone's minds .....as they have a few important players to sign......

No chance. He's even said he's looking for a big pay day. Again..

I think the prevailing thought was that this would likely be a one year thing and he'd get some money as a free agent that we wouldn't likely match. I think now the question has to be reconsidered but also will cost more now too.

This was strictly a one year signing.
Too bad but not everyone can get paid.

Maybe. He’s not exactly known to be motivated by winning. Perhaps he’s changed his ways.

Doubt it. I suspect he’ll bring back a minimum of a fourth round comp pick and probably a third.

Jamie "very athletic" Collins only have a History of playing well for a Particular Franchise. Yeah IF he ever test the FA market he should hear crickets. He's a sure Re Sign with the Pats he would even give us the old Hometown discount.

Maybe he’ll move back to Cleveland.

Would be surprised if he’s here this summer. Very surprised.

He should already have a lot of money left over from his time in Cleveland. What could he have spent it on, Cavaliers tickets? There's nothing to do there.

A 2020 problem unless you are a fan of worrying about things that right now are irrelevant.

Enjoy a season that started with 8-1 instead of worrying about the next. There will be more than enough time for that once the postseason wraps.

No.

We were talking about this in the 2020 thread (i don’t remember the title tbh). I don’t think we’ll be able to keep both him and kvn but hopefully one of Them

Yeah, they have a few important guys to try and retain. I think that’s a fair assessment.

Tom Brady
Devin McCourty
Joe Thuney
Kyle Van Noy
Jamie Collins
Philip Dorsett
Matthew Slater
Nate Ebner
Ted Karras
Ben Watson
Elandon Roberts
Danny Shelton
Adam Butler
Shalique Calhoun
Etc

We have 17 free agents pending and I think 12 of them are starters.

that is a lot of hungry mouths for bb to feed.

But as bb would say.... forget all that we are on to philly!

He can elite for 1 yr and maybe help get a ring like with Revis

No way, bill has to sign a couple of back up back up def backs who can play special teams...
