I think this game was actually unscheduled/floating between Saturday and Sunday.

This game(and 4 other games) had a TBD designation left with it when the week 16 schedule was set.
It should have been flexed by week 8.
I imagine there was some fight by the networks over these games which caused this delay.

It was down as TBD on schedule.

Exactly. Saturday or Sunday 1 p.m., it doesn't matter. Speaking as someone who always attends games, I much prefer football in the daylight. When starts are at 4:30, you can't do much of anything before or after.

I prefer 10 am games ! From now till the end of the season it seems we only have 1 0r 2 games at that time , not a fan of the later start .

Sweet! Game is on my birthday. Shortest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. At 4:15p it’s gonna be a night game.

Loved when we lived in Hawaii. Games would start at 0700, then at 1000 ish.

California now...still prefer an early Pats game (1000).
