May Be First Time Ever I’m Looking FORWARD to Pats Punting

Since Brady is retiring, I want to see Brady catch and blow by Peyton Mannings NFL TD record.

Other folks like punting and FGs.

Brady hands off alot at the goal line. Brees doesn't. So it may end up being Brees. Brady could've had at least 5 more passing TD's this season.

Going to see a lot of fair catch attempts. Even if the two gunners don't get there, the opposing team having to double-cover both of them means the center and the personal protector can release quickly into coverage, so not going to be much room to run.

Watching the 1PM games I am seeing so many punts landing at the 5 yard line and bouncing into the end zone, because there is nobody from the kicking team there to down it. Not in NE!

Yup, Slater and Bethel: along with Ebner, Calhoun, Jones and Winovich.

Justin Bethel and Matthew Slater on the same squad as gunners??????

Admittedly, tongue in cheek thread title, but I must admit the vibe before punts will be a bit different today with the Lennon/McCartney of today’s NFL Special Teams Specialists. Not to mention Jake Bailey seems to be turning into Johnny Hekker 2.0.

Punts the rest of the season are going to be even more exciting plays than before.

PLUS wet conditions!!!!!

.

I enjoy punting because I get to watch our special teams and then defense as they are both much more enjoyable to watch than our offense right now.

If you don't include the stuff where STs can actually score points, then I guess they had an OK day I suppose...
