Rational responses. Big contrast between that fan base and KC’s mongoloid fans.

Actually, a fair number of reasonable responses for a Jet board. I liked the one that proposed (in jest) giving a Lombardi to every team.

Yeah - this was one of my fav as well. I chuckled a bit

Yep, pretty much every poster defended the Pats' earned success and pointed out that any team was welcome to stop them. Pretty impressive, given what they've coped with the past two decades.

Honestly, I've often thought that it must get tedious for non-Pats fans to see the same team representing the AFC half the time for decades. Oh well. :)

One of the responses sums it all up, I think:

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to defend them. I watched the first drive yesterday and had enough. They are soooo predictable yet the jets couldn’t do anything or even get off the field on third down. It’s just the same short to mid range pass after pass. What is so hard about that to stop?!?! Or make Brady uncomfortable. That’s it!!! Even with refs on their side how hard can it be. The defense has been the bright spot this season and yesterday they just disintegrated in the face of this “greatness”. Brady does not look like he is doing anything special out there.

New England has ruined the NFL single-handedly

Growing up and following the Red Sox in the fifties and early sixties, I had to deal with the same situation vis-à-vis the Yankees. Fans of the Lakers, Knicks, Hawks, and Warriors suffered under the brutal reign of Russ and Red. It's part of being a sports fan.

That differs from what i use to read on Jest insider. Those guys were just insane.

They’re rational now because their hopes and dreams are gone. They’ve given up. Belichick and Brady have beaten them down and taken their souls.41E046E4-1501-48D1-8484-9F2FED70672A.jpeg

that board just isn't the same ... it was, as you say, a sea of insanity ... they never should have sold it... it really killed that board

Much more reasonable than I expected. The days if they cheat etc seem behind. They accept that the Patriots are better. It was funny during the Patriots game thread someone made a comment about the Patriots being up something like 33-0 and us in the board complaining about missed plays and points left on the field. It’s great because it is true. we as fans have seen greatness and have been taught what perfection is and to recognize issues even up 33-0. Watching other teams and the idiotic things they do is so obvious to us but I don’t think the fans of these teams even know. We are all better at understanding football because if this combined experience

Yeah, saying he thought there was supposed to be 'parody' in the NFL was pretty much priceless.
