Honestly....every RB runs well when the OL opens the hole....and runs like ****e when they provide no opening. I get your point that there have been some elite/HOF RB throughout history of game that can make their own magic or bounce it back and outside and make something out of nothing....but there aren’t a lot of Barry Sanders out there....he didn’t even need an OL or QB....Michel is an awesome talent but needs an opening to hit the gear....he will be as good as the OL is

Critique of his running causes a lot of people to get defensive on this board but his limitations all seem like mental blocks rather than any sort of physical issue. Exactly, his release was thrown off by the contact and the ball was wobbling. Seems like clear evidence contact happened while he still had the ball in his hands.
