One of the things that angered me most about deflategate is how huge of a deal the national media made over what was nothing more than an equipment violation. I don't even believe it happened but even if it did, it was an equipment violation. Meanwhile at roughly the same time, the St. Louis Cardinals violated federal law by hacking into the Houston Astros database. A ex-Cardinals data analyst is current in jail over this. But the media barely spoke a peep about that incident.

Now we have what, to me, should be one of the largest NFL stories of the decade. If the Jets did what they are accused of, this should be HUGE. I am desperately hoping in vain that this story attracts more media attention than it is currently getting but right now there is hardly a peep on a national level (let alone from ABC News, NBC News, etc...)
