Oh yeah, good point. Probably Brady's calf. Calf must be feeling pretty good.

I think it was Reiss who also pointed out that with Brady missing practices you need someone to run scout team offense while Stidham runs 1st team offense.

Begals OL Cordy Glenn

You'd think if it was just for that purpose they would have found a guy to sign to the practice squad instead.

Maybe there just isn’t enough quality (system, experience at what the Pats want at the position) with PS eligibility.

Well...maybe Belichick didn't attend the Elijah School of Half-Assing everything.

Yeah. So think about that.

How is signing Kessler to the 53 man roster not half assing?

I think it was because Kessler is now on speed dial.
The spot wasn’t really needed so why not bring a qb in and teach him the system so he knows what is going on if you need to pick up and injury replacement?

So now he is eligible to join Adam Seward in the Patsfans Hall of Fame.
Barwin would've been one helluva player for us during his first contract here if he had been drafted instead of Busto Brace...as he should've been.
After Chandler Jones & Hightower were drafted in 2012, however, Barwin would've been a square 3-4 peg trying to fit into a new, round 4-3 role, and I'm sure he would've signed elsewhere as a UFA after that season anyway.

Release Turnstylehouse and start Glenn until Wynn is back. Poll or no?

Sanders, Sanu, and....Alex Erickson. It’s almost as if Belichick wrote the tweet himself. I wonder which one we’ll be getting? Hmmmm.

Have to do research God why not Higgins or Calloway

I'm not a fan of mid-season WR acquisitions.
I believe Sanders would be an outlier due to playing in a complex offense with Peyton. He’d probably be capable of picking up the verbiage and options fairly quickly. He also fits what we like to do on offense. He's played multiple receiver positions — outside, motion man off the line, slot — and would likely be asked to do the same here. Just my opinion.
