They have traded a lot of draft picks too.

Seeing all these coaches give the farm away for one player is mind boggling, none of them think rationally and about the future, they all have knee jerk reactions to a few losses and think that by having a couple of good players they will win the SB !!! All I can say is Thank god for BB !!

GM Les Snead was the one who drafted Goff then hired McVay so if this Ramsey move fails then I think Snead gets fired and McVay will take on more power.

initially I wanted him to stay. He’s talented no doubt; but he’s made it clear he was going to basically hold out so might as well get some value. And you’re right, we robbed them

Sure it does. If the offense is going to struggle, you may as well become a really good defensive team and try to win games 20-17. I don't know that this move does this, but the thought process makes sense.

I believe they have 3 of the Jags first rounders in their roster now with Bortles, Fowler, and Ramsey.

Rip rams

Ramsey is a good player but the Rams overpaid. They have far bigger problems such as the offensive line massively underperforming and Gurley being a ticking timebomb. I think Goff, Donald, and Ramsey are solid franchise cornerstones to build around but a good team still needs first-round picks to complement those players.

And now the NFL will slowly become the NBA...sad..
