Why not? I have many similarities to Gillette:
We both have a large capacity for football.
We both have beer for our friends.( Though I don't charge them $20 for one cup).
My body's hard as concrete. Ok, maybe half-set concrete.
We're both the home of a winner. Ok, maybe Gillette more often than me.

The list is long, for one thing, you can type. And while I've had a thing or 3 to say to that stadium, particularly while trying to get in and out of it, not once has it ever answered me back. But if you can convince me anyone has ever desecrated you by forcing you to allow MLS soccer to be played in you I may be willing to adjust my viewpoint

Yeah me and Gillette do NOT have soccer in common.

Hey now! That's uncalled for and I for one just can't let it go unchallenged!
I'm the Ugly American who first called it soccer and how do you know he's American?

Seeing Demaryius Thomas today made me sad.

That’s not true. McCann specifically talked about that some time ago.

Players have NO right to be heard during the investigation, though they are obliged to cooperate if the league wants to interview them. So if the NFL wants to, it is allowed to complete the investigation and pronounce sentence without ever hearing from Brown.

However, once the sentence is given, if the player decides to take the sentence to arbitration THEN the player has the right to be heard.

Of course, as we all know, the arbitration for personal conduct matters is a total joke since either Goodell or a hand-picked today will be the arbitrator.

Yep. And it’s true of all investigations, due process comes with the hearing/trial.

I believe it was Meyers and Dorsett that made the team over Thomas. Brown is a completely different player. If they felt Thomas would be a big asset they would have kept him.

Regardless, may be time for me to eat crow on thinking DT was cooked.

You’re probably right. At the same time I was/am thinking “we could really use that fella these days.”

Ahh, so when I respond directly to someone else it's fair game to twist a simple meaning but when you do it...ah...never mind
Not sure what you mean, but if I misinterpreted something you said because it was in response to someone else and I missed the context, then its my bad.

Truthfully, I'm not 100% sure what I was saying, but it sounded good.
And there's no such thing as going too far with fnord.

Fair point, what more is to be said about a guy that considers a cattle prod jolt foreplay?
(other than "what are you doing Tuesday night" that is)
