So how would you like today's Cowboys at Jets game playout today?

A close game that the Jets find a way to blow at the end or a complete Dallas ass-kicking?

I hate the Cowboys and feel Dak is overrated so I don't want them to win in a blowout.

Plus if the Jets play reasonably well then some pundits might think they have a chance against the Pats next week and might slow Rob Parker's roll for a week.

No, that subspecies of Jete fan is extinct. I heard that the last one was killed by a bus while trying to cross the street in Times Square the night before Super Bowl III, almost 51 years ago. When he died his DNA died with him, robbing future generations of football savvy, discernment and basic common sense.

It's rumored there are others but nothing has been confirmed. Suffice to say that if they indeed are intellectually competent, they probably wouldn't be drawn to Jete fandom.

Yes, that old, old question. JETE fandom: nature or nurture?

My belief is that it's nurture -- but that it can be fixed very early on and after that it's pretty much impossible to change. We live in a more tolerant age, but, still, admitting to being a JETE fan is pretty humiliating.

So the smart ones, if there are any, will try not to make it public and not pass the plague on to their kids.

But it's not so simple. Dumb people sometimes have smart kids, and kids can get infected in other ways than some idiot buying them a swamp-green jersey. So I guess that we're some way away from the day when the only people at JETE games will be opposition fans and tourists curious about the dark underbelly of New Jersey low life.

Stop it. I probably know more about the club-seat setup than you do. As I said, the camera panned all levels of the stadium including the upper deck and the place had thousands of empty seats.

With club seats you pay a ton of money to have a high end dinner and then get humiliated by watching the green pukes. The team is competing against sadistic escorts who you take to a high-end dinner before she will whip, humiliate, and kick you in the balls for a similar price. It’s a tough call for most Jets masochists in terms of bang for the buck. One thing the escorts have going for them is they are less likely to give you an STD or mono. Also less likely to see an exploding spleen with the escort, unless you’re really into pain (which many Jets fans are.)

The Jets are actually winning and Jetefan69 is on here to indirectly gloat without saying it.

A Jets win here may hurt them more than help. I doubt the are making the playoffs after 0-4. Winning games will simply hurt their draft position.
