Dwayne Allen is available. His blocking is top notch.

Some well known caller to Felger and Mazz who apparently has some Pats contacts claims that they will trade Bennett back to Philly, who is hurting at DT, and then will use that cap space to trade for Keenan Allen.

Probably BS, but if not....yes please.
That would make sense as Bennett is costing a lot for a guy that sits on the bench

Howard looking like the most likely option?

Diggs played himself out of a trade today. Sanders hurts. Hooper probable got more expensive after going off today. Howard was again a non-factor. The time to strike is now.

Howard and Sanu would be a coup; even Hooper.

Wouldn't mind Eifert

Eh. Sanders is hurt. I mean who is available now?

Should of traded for Diggs last week. Bring AB already.

The time is now for OJ Howard:

  • The Bucs are 2-4 & Winston is up to 10 INTs on the season. They will need draft capital for Bruce’s QB pick
  • Another non-factor game for him (2 rec 35 yards 0 TDs)
  • Bucs GM Jason Licht with pats connections as former director of player personnel

I proposed a #1 #2 and comp #3 for a 141 yds TE (underachiever) and a REALLY GOOD WR (Chris Goodwin) and this dude called ''dumb''.

The best player on this trade never had a 1000 yds season, Cooks had 2 and we give them a 1st and 3rd for Cooks and a 4th.

I would love to hear how much he thinks JC Jackson is worth it.

He is a better player than OJ Howard and maybe Chris Goodwin.

Younger.

Cheaper.

Signed for one more year.

Almost the same number os targets and catches (2 INT) ...

PPl need to be realistc. You don't give more than a 1st for a player except it is a QB or ALL PRO level like Mack, Donald ...

I think the reason the idea was rejected is because it isn't remotely realistic. NE isn't going to give up that capital on those players and Tampa has no interest in moving Godwin. The purpose of this thread is to discuss viable options.

They need help at WR. But the WRs—even without Harry—are much better than our TEs. And I don’t think Wynn comes in and solves all the problems with the OL.

Let’s go Steelers!

Another loss for Chargers brings Keenan Allen one step closer to the Pats!

At this point I wonder if the Pats would be more interested in trying to pry DJ Watt loose from them.

Dwayne Allen is available. His blocking is top notch.

the worst move of the patriots in recent years was releasing Allen the same offseason gronk was retiring while also not drafting or trading for or signing any high quality TEs

we should have just kept him on roster for stability and now we're paying the price having to deal with smucks at TE
