Fake news. This is not true, the federal case was withdrawn but subsequently refiled as a State civil suit. There is no longer any threshold being sort and the case was revised a bit to remove M. Brown association such as not being in the same car with them from the club etc.

Brown is right. Problem is we have a stubborn old man who wants him gone. Kraft makes his moral statements while going out the door to date his 20 year olds.

Everyone loves to give Kraft credit for all this, the reality is he let Belichick walk out the door and go to the Jets. Kraft was damn lucky he had the chance to undo his mistake.
