Just Uber...I’m definitely skipping the walk from the metro. also, the Pats are in town only once every 8 years. Go if you have the chance! Next time Brady will be long gone...

This. Last time the Pats were in Oakland was 2011. Had to wait 6 years for them to come back. Then the game moved to Mexico City. So glad I went to the game in Santa Clara the year prior. Last time the Pats played at SF, Cassel was the QB.

Never take a Pats visit for granted. Definitely never take a Brady Pats visit for granted.

Regards,
Chris

Yup, I drove up to San Francisco for the game at Santa Clara myself.

I hope Brady is still playing in the next 2 seasons as there will likely be 2 maybe 3 Patriot games in Los Angeles and Las Vegas....all within 5 hours of me.

0-1 vs McCoy but then again that was almost 10 years ago.

That poor bastard.

did washington drafted dwayne because his last name has “skins” in it?

Other than the 3 QB's I can't name another Redskin player.

My condolences to the family of Colt McCoy.

Nice article by the Washington Times via Redzone about Brady's history against the Skins.
One Redskin player recalling the 52-7 2007 Pats victory said "They shot so many cannons off I thought I was in WW2."

Bought tix, Brady went on IR, got to see Cassel against the Niners. Waited years, got tic again for Pats @ SF, 2 days before the game I was hospitalized with pneumonia. At this point, Brady will be retired before I get to go again. :(

Just a thought. I wonder how the Pats will manage the game this week given they will play the Giants on Thursday. The Pats have their longest "questionable" list this week, so I wonder if they will do their best to LIMIT Gordon , Burkhead and Edelman's snaps this game. That is why I expect a run heavy attack that will shorten the game and lower the snaps for everyone, so they will be at their best for the Giants game, where Barkley could be back

OTOH, shortening the game could lower the chances the Pats will cover. One bad play in the Kicking game or a fumble/pick could make it difficult as we saw in Miami.

And just one other thought. Sunday will end a joyous 5 game run for Pats fans. No not the 5 wins we expect to end up with, but that will end 1pm games until 12/15. It is pretty much assured that the Pats will play 11 of the next 12 games @ 4pm or later. This 1pm run was a pleasure.

I hope the Raiders win the division before Tom retires, maybe creating a Pats game in Vegas before 2023.

Bwaahahahaha! Ok, like that's gonna happen.

Chris

Especially for us guys from Europe!

4pm still somehow okayish though the games end around 1-2am CET, but the late night games (8pm ET) are horrible.
Either take a day off @work or re-watch the game the next day (and try to avoid all social media all day if you want to feel somewhat like you are watching it live)

On the other hand, I rather watch a successful team in/after midnight than having more favourable 1pm games while watching Miami or Jete like Teams :D

We should keep HT out again, not needed for WAS
