I think they may be too busy "resigning" AB

Such a great move to shift him from CB to S. He’s proven to be a great player when he can watch the ball and play develop.

I well remember the discussions about whether Devin McCourty was the right draft pick over Dez Bryant. I've always been a McCourty fan; his play and personality have been a great fit with the Patriots.

Also has been reviewed as somewhere between “sucks” and “irrelevant” many a time in these parts.

Happy to see him get some accolades, dude has been rock solid on and off field for almost a decade.

Seem to remember last year it was time to move on from Devon as he was overpaid for what he does, but guess that talk will go away for a while now..

Hard to imagine what more Collins could have done to earn it! But this is a great problem for us to have

In fact, the more I look at it, the more it feels like Collins got jobbed on this. Right now he's on pace for 92 tackles, 28 of them for a loss, 14 sacks, 12 Ints, and 4 touchdowns. This would be an all time great defensive season, and he wasn't even the best player on his TEAM for the month?

Amazing what a change in scheme can do for a player. DM has been a great safety for years but because the Pats style and personnel were so different he was often overlooked. Love seeing an all time great Patriots finally getting his due.

DMac and Jaime Collins have been elite so far this season.

They are both first team all pros so far this season according to PFF.
