Oooh, can't wait! That actually is no joke. If it's released, it'll be there.
Oh, wait...yes I can. Very much so, in fact. Ugh.

I seriously anyone would want to watch it for the reason most folks cruise that site.Who would want to watch that?
Think they'll give him a slot under pornstars section??? Might be tough with only one video..... Asking for a friend.......Just when you thought it was safe....it's back.
How long until Kraft appears on PornHub?
Grow upThe best way to get there is to have @AndyJohnson admit that he was wrong about this case and his defense of the cops means and methods. What say you @AndyJohnson?
...Spa employees disappointed; unanimously say "He's a really nice man."...
I may have to make my new avatar a screenshot of Kraft's porn profile (appropriately censored of course).Think they'll give him a slot under pornstars section??? Might be tough with only one video..... Asking for a friend.......
Our owner sure gets around.I may have to make my new avatar a screenshot of Kraft's porn profile (appropriately censored of course).
That's one heck of a long time period to file an appeal (most of the time it's around 30 days). I wonder what happened? Motion for Reconsideration finally denied, maybe? They should just drop the case.
I'm sure Kraft's people were hoping the deadline would quietly pass...They had previously asked for an extension to file and had reached the drop dead date
I don't think they're about to release the video. They were prevented from doing so until the Court ruled on whether the video was admissible at trial, then it was suppressed so there is no impending release. The state is just (finally) appealing the lower court's ruling suppressing the video (not only in Kraft's case, but all the cases). The judge's order below was very well-reasoned, and then adopted by about 5 other judges, so I would be surprised if it gets overturned on appeal (athough I suppose nothing surprises me that much these days).I really don't like the idea of being about to release such videos publicly if the accused doesn't play ball. Sounds too much like a legal form of blackmail to me.
I question the public good in ever releasing such forms of evidence.

I don't know enough about FL politics to know how this would matter...Who is running for re-election? The judge? the DA?The r̶e̶a̶l̶i̶s̶t̶ cynic in me believes if the deadline had been post elections it probably would have

I'm not sure if I am understanding your point, but in this case Bob Kraft's high priced lawyers getting the video(s) tossed benefitted everyone involved. Are you saying they appealed because Bob Kraft is the defendant, but wouldn't have otherwise?I haven't read the filing yet, but the idea people are talking about is one that's always disgusted me about how our legal system handles this, where police misconduct is protected because of the "who" (standing), rather than the "what" or "how".
