I was 11 when the Pats were born. Prior to that I was a Browns fan. We used to get fed the Giants' games but as soon as I saw Jim Brown I was hooked.

A few years later I attended my first Pats game at Fenway Park with my dad. They played the SD Chargers with Ernie Ladd. He was huge.

We've come a long way since then. Thanks Tom and Bill.

I was 20, sitting at the bar of The Pub in Amherst, MA with my college roommate for that debacle. I'm glad to see us old timers well represented on Patsfans.
Wow, I worked at the Pub in 78 and 79 along with a bunch of Frat brothers,

I was around when this was recorded

Using Red fonts on that album cover was a mistake. :D

Solidly millennial at 31 here. Surprised at the lack of younger people here but guess most of them no longer use message boards.

How dare you!

I went to my first Pats game at Nickerson Field. Bob Dee was my DC with the Quincy Giants in 69 when I made more money per week playing football than I did teaching school. In 1971 I was working part time at Brandy's a bar that played good local music back in the day and Bonnie Raitt came in to play a set. She was 22, I was 24......it never happened. Over the next few years, Rod Stewart and Edgar Winter also stopped by. (nice 2nd job) Later I worked security for Arrowsmith when they played at the Rat. .

All those are subtle hints about what age categoriy I fall into. And don't complain, those are the kind of musings you should EXPECT to get when you ask old people about their ages
I'm old enough to curse the day Ben Dreith was born

Wow, I didn't think I was outnumbered THAT badly (24, but I was 14 when I started posting here).

Not too many mentions of the good half of the state around here.

Young enough that I could still date a 28 year old woman but old enough that she'd have to have kids and enough desperation about bills and raising them alone to settle for me.
EVERY 50 year old man thinks he could date a 28 year old woman. Ask me!

My dream is to live long enough to jerk off on @Joker 's grave.

Nah. The Cape and Boston easily #1 & #2.
Only thing Western Mass has is the Berkshires, which is #3.

I'm as young as my tongue but considerably older than my teeth

If you like traffic jams and people being mad at you all the time, sure
