So what’s the deal here? What’s the most cap relief we can get for this year if his contract is voided . I’m sure there will be some dead money.

Rosenhaus’ entire purpose in this thing is to make money. That’s it. He couldn’t care less about anything his client does or say, all he cares about is spinning it into a positive so he can get signed and he can get commission.

Since Rosenhaus wants his client to make money so he can make money I’m sure he’s just thrilled, thrilled that his client is giving the NFL even more reasons to suspend him and giving teams even more reasons to have 2nd thoughts about signing him.

Ok get him help first then walk:)

Zero. Any relief will come next year.

Nope. He was cut before he criticized Kraft, so he was not under contract when he criticized Kraft, so that criticism of Kraft can’t be used by NE.

But the criticism was made before the bonus was due meaning it could be easily argued the club's obligation to that bonus under it's terms has in fact been voided

Damn that sucks.

Essentially he just voided his contract, as he was critical of Kraft.

He’s a dumbass.

He was critical of Kraft after being released. And any cap relief is moot since it doesn't come into affect until next season.

so? you can get a year for stealing a car the first time, did you ever hear of someone going to jail for his first drug offense in the last 25 years in New England? I mean if he had an ounce or two, he might go to jail, but for an 8 ball? I would be more surprised he was even arrested for not even 100 dollars of coke.

Yeah that’s my thought process too. They can’t use the tirade as the reason for termination but I don’t know why it can’t be used as the reason to not pay the signing bonus.

I'm only commenting on which approach gives the Patriots the best chance to win the battle to not pay the guarantee.

The actions are accusations. There was no criminal charge. The league didn't even feel as though up to Wednesday that Brown deserved to be on the exempt list, let alone suspended. For this reason opening the door for AB's team to say the lawsuit/incident added to the decision to cut him, and not pay guarantees, weakened the Patriots position.

The texts clearly violated the agreement after AB was a member of the team.

Playing him last Sunday places the violation cleanly on the better argument.

It’s in Browns court.....and he self destructed

Yep, while their teams couldn't look much worse PR wise carving up an owner will give Snyder and Hunt pause to take what my have seemed like a risk that might be worth taking.

Someone get the man some help before he wins up dead. This is abnormal behavior

It’s gotten to the point t that it’s been almost 50 minutes since the last tweet and I’m getting nervous.

.

Does he realize that by bringing up Sharpe and big ben hes almost admitting he did sexually assault her but since they played he should?

Nah. I think he was pointing out the hypocrisy from two critics and the media. He’s been beefing with Shannon even before this week.

Admittedly, I take a perverse joy in chaos.

But I find the shots at Sharpe, Ringburglar, and Kraft hilarious. The self-destruction of AB will be entertaining if nothing else.
