She took a guy who was under investigation and sent his texts to her attorney and said hey can you send these to the nfl. It will be really bad publicity for him. They will probably discipline him for it.
Then when I file my civil suit I can say I feel threatened and intimidated by him, and look, his employer agreed.
Why do you think the attorney issued a public statement thanking the nfl for agreeing that he threatened and intimidated her and that it takes these sexual abuse cases seriously?
It’s part of the upcoming civil suit.

My belief is he went to practice and practiced with the team which means at that time bb felt he was staying.
After practice something happened that changed that.
In my opinion it was likely a sot down where Belichick told AB the team won’t put up with this kind of behavior any more and AB reacted with anywhere from “FU you can’t tell me what to do” to “coach that’s who I am
and I don’t see that I did anything wrong”.
Bb acted upon that.

It was reported that kraft asked bb can we know this won’t happen again and bb said no.

That tells me if bb said yes he would have stayed and since bb said no something along the lines of the conversation I suggested above must have happened.

Investigating someone who's making accusations against you is not a threat. What people here are claiming is that the notifying, via text, of that investigation request is inherently a threat, because it's to the accuser. We could debate the wisdom of such an position, but it's irrelevant at this point, as the player involved is no longer on the team and, even if this incident was the catalyst, the veracity of the claim is no longer of import.

Regardless, he shouldn't have messaged the girl. And it would only be a matter of time before his next screw up.

The bigger risk would've been keeping this guy through week 9 or 10. And then having him fly off the handle. This needed to happen.

On the field, it hurts the offense. Especially when Ramsey joins KC. Because they will double Edelman and put Ramsey on Gordon. Dorsett can't perform as a # 1 receiver. Harry and Meyers are rookies. But again, it had to happen.

First of all, the Patriots have their own in house lawyers. So if you deal with the Patriots' lawyers, you are dealing directly with the Patriots. Second of all, Rosenhaus may be a bit sleazy but I don't see the Patriots forbidding him from contacting them. He is a lawyer himself with a client whose best interests he is representing. He is kind of obligated to at least make an effort to get his client that money, however futile those efforts may be.

I should've prefaced my statement with "If". But even without Ramsey, the offense will be forced to win a shootout against them again. Because the Defense gave up 31 and 24 points (In one quarter) in the 2nd half last year against them.
