Anyone else glad to see Dorsett, Harry and Meyers get more touches now?

I really think Gordon will step up and have an over 1k yard season

That’s really not much of a distinction anymore but I know what you mean.

I think things will work out OK. I would have really liked to see DT here though. And just so we’re clear, Thomas doing poorly at the dumpster fire in the Meadowlands would NOT be indicative of how he would do in New England.

Yeah, if only this stuff on. AB came out before the trade. Think he could've been someone who could contribute albeit not as a top option

But then again Meyers already was active over him in game 1.

Its kind of a silver lining but tb to ab would have rivaled brady to moss in 07 if he wouldve stuck so no not happy. Not the end of the world either, if we get our tackles back the team is still as hard to beat as it gets in the salary cap era.

Meyers and harry are easier to root for than brown, for me anyway. Brown could be a little lousy. Brown could get me down.

The team should cut all the established high end talent, so that a bunch of prospects and lesser players can get more playing time.

I’m excited to see Gordon this season as well. I think (hoping) the kid finally has his crap together and I’m rooting for him to finally live up to his potential.

At least IMO, I don’t see AB at the Randy Moss level. Close but not quite. Maybe AB is top 10, Randy was top 2.

As Belichick has said “It's not about collecting talent, it's about building a team.”

I think they can be a better team with Dorsett and the young guys.

I agree with you 100%. Often times in team sports, less is more. And I believe in this case, the Pats are a better team without AB

Given that they were a better team after losing Gordon last season that’s a reasonable supposition. And I’m not knocking Gordon I just think Brady states forcing the ball downfield too much with Gordon in the lineup. I think that will be different this season.

At this point they're all we have. I just hope Harry won't become Dobson 2.0, eager to see what he can do.

To return to the OP's question, I'm not happy. Mostly, I feel angry at AB for being such a ****ty human.

Honestly, I’m surprised anyone is surprised.

.

Belichick did this to make all you WR diva lovers shut up and get with the low-cost 5'9" quick receiver program.

So enough with the AB crap and go say you're sorry for cheating on your bromance with Edelman, Branch, Welker, Patten, Faulk, Amendola, Cooks, Gaffney, etc, etc.

In your heart you know Belichick is right.

The tally of SB championships for those little fellas vs AB? 12-0.

There’s a reason AB is a 10 year Ringless Wonder.

he doesn't wear number 17.

If wonder if everything clears up in Browns favor this season if there's a chance we resign him, I mean why not? I wonder BB shook his hand under the table and something within those means.

BB is certainly done with him.

I root for the Patriots team...if a player is on the team then by default I am his fan...so yeah, I'm glad they're playing and hope for the best

It would've been nice if he didnt implode and we could have him but it was a luxury. Lets not forget how unstoppable the offense looked game 1 WITHOUT him.

In miami, both Dorsett and Gordon took a step back

I really think Gordon will step up and have an over 1k yard season. And Dorsett is looking to have a breakout year after 2 games

In game 1 he was lights out, but in game 2 he seemed to take a step back because of brown's addition.
Yes, a giant step back. 3 for 3, instead of 4 for 4.

I predict Dorsett catches 112 passes for 1400 yards this year

It's disappointing to read Brown made many friends the short time he was on the team and many players were upset he was released.
I hope we don't see him in Bal or KC
