I'm a "I hope both teams pummel each other" to the point they lose multiple games in the next month as they recover. Those have to be our top two competitors unless the Texans, Bills, Browns, or Chargers take the next step to become a legitimate playoff threat.

I hate them both. I’ll root for a tie I guess

Went though this last year when some poster was up my *** for rooting for the Jaguars over the Jets early in the season. I thought the Jaguars would flame out with Bortles and turns out I was right. The year before that it was the Raiders, who were coming off an overrated playoff season in 2017 (they were also negative point differential in 2016.)

IMO no team has earned the “root against at all times for potential seeding” early in the season since Manning retired.

Wouldn’t be surprised if either the Ravens or Chiefs don’t win their division. Neither team has beaten anyone decent yet or proven anything in 2019.
