SPN Boston reports Antonio Brown is unlikely to get any of his $9 million signing bonus from the Patriots.
The Patriots plan to use the "representation warranty clause" to void Brown's signing bonus. Brown didn't disclose he was dealing with an off-field situation before signing with New England, which they view as a breach of contract. The NFLPA could file a grievance, but it sounds like Brown may only end up with his $1 million salary, two game checks ($125K), and a $33,333 roster bonus. Since Brown was released after June 1, any money the Patriots owe can be spread out over the next two years.
We're still in the funeral stage of grief ...
Not me. I'm in the homemade spaghetti with meat sauce and Caesar salad stage of not giving too much of a damn
One of these things is unlike the others.
I don't have any firsthand knowledge of the contract, but there's certainly been a lot in the media to give me the impression they will win it. I'm sure they were smart enough to include a few out-clauses in there... not to mention that it can easily be argued AB left out material facts when the whole thing was negotiated.... that nondisclosure by itself could nullify the whole thingGawd lets hope the NEP win the grievance
There is nothing “intimidating” or “threatening” with these texts.
Unbelievable.

Many of us here are plenty old enough to be his dad ...So disappointed. i wish Bill set down with him and give him one last chance, i'm going to be pissed if he signs with the Chiefs or Eagles.
AB sucksAs fun as it would have been to witness, my gut said it wouldn't work out, so I never got attached to the TB to AB dream.
Watch...the accusers, and reporters will remain silent now that he’s no longer a patriot. There goal was achieved
