does that mean we get all the cap room back or is that different?

Salary cap is credited next league year.

CBA 13.05(6)(iv)

Credit for Salary Forfeited or Refunded. In the event that a Club receives a refund from the player of any previously-paid Salary, or the Club fails to pay any previously allocated portion of a signing bonus (including any amount treated as signing bonus), such amount as has previously been included in Team Salary shall be credited to the Club’s Team Salary for the next League Year.

Yes Antonio, I believe that's the case

Eight weeks starts after the Browns game. My guess is if he comes back, it is after the bye week.

Dunno man. On one hand, we have someone who isn't as fluent with English as someone should be given that he lived all of his life in the U.S. and has poor societal awareness..

On the other hand, I have never seen anyone do what he did in Miami after only 3-4 practices with Brady and the playbook.

I have a lot of friends like that....terrible at being school smart....but geniuses in other things.
he looked similar to Deon Branch to me honestly. Brady is going to make do. Plus this is not about the football.

Just noticed on that post, Brady commented with three heart emojis and Josh Gordon used the praying hands emoji. Not that it means anything.

Hello!

I said when they signed him myvover under estimate on his tenure would be one month. And that I would bet the under.

I was roundly mocked and condemned called a bum, lousy bum, and a nogoodnik.

Well, well, my droogies, look who was RIGHT!

The good news is that they have MYERS, who I believe to be a STAR in the making!

The biggest losers here are the loud mouth sports radio shows. What are they gonna blather on about now?

Pretty straightforward.
  1. The Pats gave Brown a chance to start over and play by their rules...'The Patriot Way"
  2. He texted whatever he texted (apparently bad stuff) after he joined the team.
  3. Buh-bye AB.
End of story.

I found the texts to be menacing to her
How so? She just got done trashing him and his character in a National magazine article. He sent texts. Texts. She doesn’t have to read the texts.

The organization gave him one order...

All depends on the contractual language. There are no guarantees until they have been paid out and the Pats haven't paid out any of his bonus yet.

There is a difference between a signing bonus and a guarantee.

OAK fined AB for violating team rules and then waived him, and voided his contract, when his behavior continued.

There has been no discussion of voiding AB's contract with the patriots, and also no discussion of any actions by the patriots other than releasing him.

I don’t think he’s ending up ok the exempt list. Goodell needs to be consistent. Roethlisberger never ended up in the exempt list with hai first accused rapist. It was a civil matter as well.
I think Brown will be in a Chiefs uniform within the next few days

So what exactly did Brown do that caused Belichick to kick him out? I'm just so confused on what would compel the team to kick out such a talented receiver.

The Patriots have a high tolerance for whatever **** players do elsewhere. If you do dumb **** within the organization? Good bye.

Right now i like our defense over theirs but they can change that and acquire defensive talent especially at corner.

Ramsey will help but that alone won’t put their defense over ours.

What you’re saying could absolutely be true. But it isn’t automatic. You’re assuming the accuser is actually smart, which she may well be. But people do dumb things out of desperation. It’s not impossible she’d be dumb enough to fake them.

Otherwise point taken. You’re probably right
fake what now?

What's more confusing is that Brady and Gordon seem to be posting supportive messages on his instagram.

That was possibly true right up until the latest round of texts. But given that he did send those texts, there's just no way I can reach any other conclusion than "he clearly ****ed himself over"

I fully expected this. Just glad it happened in September and not December/January........

Onward to the Super Bowl.

BB will break it all down for us, to the most minute of details, during tomorrow's press conference.
