Why couldn’t AB have just beat up a kid

That’s no big deal according to the league and we wouldn’t even be having this conversation

I hope Meredith can be a player for us if he’s healthy. Idk if we gonna see Harry again this year Right now we have 3 wideouts with a rookie.

Nobody's actually reading. You know that. This is knee-jerk reaction time.

You gotta be kidding. You laughed when I said it was going to happen. Come on--don't say I'm the one not reading now. It was obvious, as I said in the previous thread.

I swear to god if Kansas City picks up Ramsey or Brown... I might just have an aneurysm.

Maybe BB swoops in and picks up Ramsay now? LOL, they'll really hate us...

This poster joined last week and has posted a million times in threads related to Brown, defending him to the death with bad grammar and syntactical usage.

NYCPATS4LIFE, are you Antonio Brown?

Lol. Not brown but innocent until proven guilty. Hopefully the media can F off but they’re always gonna be on the pats behind.

The Chiefs aren't picking up Brown. Nobody will until this situation resolves itself (if it resolves itself in Brown's favor).

Brown is done. Ramsey might very well happen though.

WWE next? Tag team with Gronk!

I don't understand everyone's abject fear of the Chiefs.

They've got a guy who's basically an uncoverable WR, and a QB who can get him the ball. And that's on top of other quality receivers. It's smart to have a healthy fear/respect for that.

Generally like Rosenhaus but he can f*ck right off in this situation.

To ignore everything that has transpired so far? Get your client to crawl before he runs, FFS.

Given that Brown contacted his accuser when he was explicitly told not to, I hope the league suspends him and puts this mess on hold for awhile.

  • With AB's release (something that seemed as inevitable as a train wreck), the release of Demaryius Thomas seems even more premature than it was before. We will see him this weekend to gauge what having him on our roster might have been like.

This man is being accused of rape. If I were being accused and I knew damned well I didn’t do anything, I can’t say for sure that I wouldn’t go crazy and try to prove the people accusing me were lying scumbags trying to take away my livelihood.
.

The difference is, AB was already on his last chance for other off the field issues. He HAD to keep his mouth closed and let the legal process do his thing. If an ordinary person lashed out that would be understandable to an extent. Stupid, but comprehensible. But he COULD NOT speak out in the way he did, it was part of the conditions in his contract. he did it anyway.

I mean I'm not necessarily saying it was the wrong thing to do, But in AB's situation, it was an absolutely stupid thing to do.
