It was not out there.

The hack dig up her name from public records and called her. She choose to give him the info that fit his narrative.

She was quiet and silent for years until this.

That's to prevent EEO suits, generally, but employees can and certainly are fired on a whim.
Wrong. People who are not in a protected class are documented as well.
People fired on a whim will sue and win.
Sure you can do anything you want, but there are consequences when it’s illegal.

NFL players can have their contracts terminated for whatever they want. There's basically no appeal. I've never heard of a wrongful termination grievance in thr NFL except for injury.
But your argument is that he can be fired under the conduct detrimental clause.
It’s different.
Otherwise why have one?
If I can fire anyone I want for no reason and no justification why would I have a conduct detrimental clause?

And of course grievance due to injury is exactly applicable.
If you could fire at whim then there would be no injury grievances.

SI can’t stop trolling.

I have morals. And as a fan I'm not happy with this human being wearing a Patriots jersey. But I'll still cheer them on every Sunday. I feel bad for the girl who just can't get a break in the pyblic's eye.

So Klemko is a giant hypocrite who assaulted a cab driver and is trying his hardest to take down a guy accused of things with no current proof?

Classic.

I think the biggest concern of dumping him is the Chiefs get him. AB told Bill Simmons back in February that the ideal offense for him would be New England or KC. Hill and AB would be absurd. That might be two of the three best receivers in the league.

If KC wants to bring this turd in along Hill, that’s their business, but 20 years into this run haven’t we learned that the team with the most hyped and recognizable names doesn’t always win. Let them have him.

I am not naive. I think it is easy to expect that a potentially bad guy (based on all the allegations that have come out) is going to behave badly. I just think it is in his best interest not to, that negatively impact my opinion of him, that he apparently cannot control himself in the least, and that it's all a distraction.

It's one thing to not expect the behavior. It's another to expect it but still be disappointed or disapprove of it.
Of course he can’t control himself. He is a complete turd.
But who he is doesn’t color what he did for better or worse.

Anyone who compares Hill to Brown's current situation is simply dishonest and has no regard for the truth.

Well they do have at least one thing in common, 'truth' seems to be in equally short supply in both cases.

Oh come on. I clearly referenced the groupthink going on in this forum at the time. You just happened to get involved in the discussion of Hill. I clearly didn't know whether you were one of those people that wanted Hill suspended. Don't play the victim and argue the actual points.
A, "Sorry" would have been fine.

Of course he can’t control himself. He is a complete turd.

I hope the pats have talked to him already . Give him a warning about staying quiet or you gone. The guy’s so stupid he doesn’t realize that it’s better to lay low while things go foward.

Not only assaulted but Klemco was arrested for it - as in it was not alleged.

Lets see which SJWs go after him. Wanna guess how many?

To the people that are so adamant SI didn't pay the painter woman, how are you so sure?

The issue with that is she claims the sexual misconduct was basically nothing and she was over it. She even said Brown paid her for the 2 days she worked so by her words it wasn't about money. So why go on record to SI? Was it just to get the story out? Seems odd if in her own words it was a nothing incident and Brown paid her. It's hard not to question if she was paid to go on record especially seeing is how she and her attorney went directly to Klemko after the text messages and gave him the texts. Why did she immediately go to the nfl? Was she directed by Klemko to take it to the nfl? Just odd that you would run to the nfl to get him to stop and not the police/courts if he was threatening.

Of course he can’t control himself. He is a complete turd.

Who he is colors everything he does, to think otherwise is either completely naive or illustrative of not understanding the expression

My fear is they have....multiple times and it's just not sinking in.

The clause is obviously there to discipline players into avoiding conduct that their clubs may dislike (i.e. doing anything that isn't being a shield-loving robot). In legal terms it's unnecessary, the contract language specifically says the team has sole discretion to determine what constitutes poor performance so there's literally no appeal rights if they say "We cut Antonio because he didn't catch that second touchdown."

Injury grievances are covered under a different article of the CBA. They're basically the only negotiated protection for a player contract.

Last night Eric B and Rakim played at the Wilbur in Boston. I bought tickets but couldn't go because of a work event. I did see them in April 2018 though and they were awesome.

Anyway, maybe this is not the same Eric B.

His lawyer was included in the group message.
And this further dispels the false witch-hunt media narrative that the text was meant as a threat (using the word "threat" the way it has been employed in this thread, an intimation of physical harm to the recipient). If AB, a mob boss, or anyone else were planning to harm someone physically, would he notify his lawyer he was about to do so?

The fact he included his lawyer in the group text makes it very clear that he was asking for dirt to be found on the woman. Was it still a dumb thing to do? Of course it was. But anyone implying he was threatening harm to the children is being willfully dishonest.

So Klemko, beats up a cab driver and temporarily commandeers his cab. And Klemko was arrested. Lets see if the SJWs in this thread foam at the mouth about this as well.

Whataboutism, also known as whataboutery, is a variant of the tu quoque logical fallacy that attempts to discredit an opponent's position by charging them with hypocrisy without directly refuting or disproving their argument.
