So either he got the picture of HER AND HER KIDS from her or from social media. In other words she provided it. (Unless you believe he staked her out and took clandestine pictures)
There is no legal restriction to sending pictures people send you or our on social media to anyone you want. (Unless those pictures are pornography)

My youngest kid is 20.

I wouldn’t have any issue with someone who I sent pictures of my kids to or I am social media connected to taking the pictures I posted and texting them to other people.
Otherwise I wouldn’t have sent them and/or posted them on social media.

Walk me through this.
He either got the pictures from her or she posted them to social media.
How is it illegal for him to forward them to someone else?
I believe the people were her, him, his friend/employee who he was talking to and his attorney.
It’s not like he sent them to the gotti’s and said I have a problem and a lot of cash.
