Did Brown actually make a genuine threat to her in the text messsages? It's not illegal to text someone and just because one side is saying it's intimidating and threatening doesn't actually make it so.

SI & this Klemko hack clearly has it out for Brown so they are obviously gonna paint it in that light. And they obviously directed her and her lawyer to go to the nfl. If they were truly threatening there is no excuse for running to SI to make a statement and not going to the police.

Hill was literally on tape making an actual threat and nothing was done.

They were of the harrassment variety regardless. We are getting too caught up in whether the texts were threatning or not. Really it's irrelevant. We are most concerned with if AB will make it through the season. These texts basically seal his fate.

After reading the SI article, most importantly the screen shots of all of the texts, I am less impressed with the intimidation angle. Again, it reads like he sent the first test to her (really dumb but the text was not threatening or vulgar) and then mistakenly included her in the texts messages asking “his guy” to try to dig up some dirt on her. He certainly doesn’t threaten her or her children with harm in any way. If he included her on purpose, that’s idiotic.

No they aren't outright threatning comments. But by Including her in the text he porked himself. She will claim harassment. The league will act accordingly. And I don't think it's gonna matter if he says he didn't mean to include her in the text message.
