Stay classy. Farts, ivory tower, nose....great response to a legit comment. You are the cesspool of social media.

Anyways - don’t think it suits Tom to tweet about refs and flags. He’s still a player in the league and he has always been neutral about these types of things. I still feel it wasn’t him and someone else using his account or something.

The league told the officials to call more holding this year (a/k/a make it a point of emphasis), and it's ruining the games. The idea that Brady should, for no real reason, be required to keep silent on the matter simply makes no sense to me.

Is that really TB12 saying that? He’s normally not that vocal against the NFL - he remains quite neutral. I agree with him but think this is very unlike him. Hope his account was hacked or something because it’s not a good look for him complaining against flags.

Just askin’ ...... Is AB still staying at his house?????

He just misses the 2009-2012 era Brady that would literally say nothing whatsoever.

Good Lord Mariota sucks. How bad must Tannehill look in practice for Vrabel to keep him on the sideline watching Mariota literally walk into sacks?

So I'm a big fan of making the game more safe. Things like leading with the head, targeting - heck yeah, let's find safer ways to preserve our brain. If there was some fix-all for line play (there isn't, but let's imagine there is) I'd be all down for it

Pass interference is not a safety rule. Granted, the Manning changes weren't too terrible, but each year it's more and more enforced. Holding is another one, but is so goddamn inconsistently called it's supremely frustrating.

But damnit dude, I love secondary play. It's relatively safe, and it's just a competition of speed, wit, and if you're in the vicinity, how much you want to get that ball out of the receiver's hands. Let 'em play.

Again, PI tightening does effectively nothing for player safety. There's literally no reason you can back the rules up other than wanting to inflate stats and make it a passing game for fantasy.

I say this without having watched a single minute of this game, so for all I know the penalties could be like. Not what I'm talking about or something. Either way, my point stands.

He has to be REALLY pissed to post that.

He may regret it, but if he doesn't, I like it even more!

He’s facing A Dirty Gregg Williams defense this Sunday.

The refs aren’t going to be happy with this.

Not the smartest move, Tom. What’s the upside?

.

IF ratings are an issue, why show the game on a channel that very few fans have access to?

Good point.
Good for TB tho.

He may even earn a few points from the players.

Oh I’m sure Bountygate Gregg Williams LOVES it!

.
Lets hope a few Jete players see GW for what he is.

….So, do you have any bridges you'd like to sell?

;)

Why would the refs care? They're doing it under orders from the league, not because this is how they want to call it. The refs are probably 90%-100% in agreement with Brady on this.

I wouldn’t tweet about it so the entire company and the world knows. Would goto HR.
This is a general attitude problem in our society today. Appeal to authority and immediately escalate the situation. Why not just directly, but politely, confront the offender and ask him to acknowledge he is still no acting others and do something about it? At least make an attempt to resolve the situation directly.

I don’t like this comment. I reported it to Ian.

Haters out in full swing today
