Monitoring Wynn injury situation (Placed on IR)

Suppose we are looking at 2-14 for the rest of the season..

Not about that. It’s about when Brady retires, we have JAG stidham as our starter instead of super talent Lamar Jackson. NFL fans would be so jealous had we drafted a superstar to take over as Brady’s successor

I don't think that the odds change as long as Wynn comes back healthy after the bye.

Yes, I agree if he's able to come back and play effectively. If the toe lingers, we could have another situation like Cannon vs Von Miller in 15. That's my fear at the moment. Otherwise, I very much like our chances to go all the way this year. The unsettled OL is a bit concerning, though.

Wasted pick

Wynn looks like a bust...

Run the football and depend on your defense. We should win this Sunday. The buffalo game will be tricky.

Lamar’s career may end before Brady’s given his style.

has he ever been injured? Don't think so. He seems to avoid hits and step out of bounds frequently.

No it’s not. Pats were linked to Jackson, they worked him out privately. Many people on this board believed pats would draft him. We passed.

If we passed and took someone with knee issues in college that continues to have knee issues in the pros, that's an actual conversation to have. Drafting someome that was 100% healthy and had been all through college, then acting like it was an OBVIOUS mistake once he gets hurt in the pros, you're not being real.

So what's the new draft strategy? Pass every time we're on the clock? Because apparently now it's a mistake to draft healthy players that may one day get injured.

He disagreed that Wynn is injury prone so he has no credibility left

Amendola and Garoppolo are/were injury prone because of their playing styles. What exactly is Wynn doing that is exposing himself to injury beyond the normal expectations for his position?

Everybody talking about trading for T Williams; I say find a competent swing tackle somewhere and give him a few weeks under Scarnecchia...give a 2d round pick, who gives a F about the picks

He had zero injuries in college. If he had a history, he would be injury prone.
He had a shoulder procedure I believe. That said I wouldn't call him injury prone but it doesn't really matter what we call it. He has not been healthy so far.

Maybe he is on IR because they don't want to cut anyone.
This way he can get healthy and they can release his replacement when the time comes.

Can you guys start a Lamar Jackson *********** thread? Wtf is this?

How did Wynn go from a week to week toe injury to IR? Was the injury reported incorrectly?

has he ever been injured? Don't think so. He seems to avoid hits and step out of bounds frequently.

Well you can't use that argument. Had Wynn ever been injured before we drafted him?

No one has an injury history until they do.

How is stidham a JAG? it took Lamar Jackson over a year to be able to perform how he is, but lets bash our rookie QB whose learning one of the hardest offensive schemes in the league. Also Ravens have played the Dolphins and the Cardinals it's hardly going against a top 5 Defence.

Is this the jets board, the giants board, or the dolphins board? This is really tiresome. The New England Patriots are NOW the favorite to win the Super Bowl THIS YEAR.

And much of the reason for the record of the patriots is the way Belichick evaluates and acquires talent. Belichick is the very best in the NFL, and one of the very best in the draft. FULL STOP
