He likely might have to wait awhile to get in but eventually they will put him in.

They desperately need someone that can extend plays because they have 0 receivers. The defense stinks. They have a somewhat competent O line now that won’t get jones killed. All about developing him now.

Gettleman is a moron for bringing Eli back AND drafting Jones. There’s no way he could’ve made that pick and actually expected to compete. It should’ve been one of the other

Those runs do make it arguable. Hes just hung on for too long. Kurt Warner made it with a short run. If he kept playing and kept declining and loosing then his legacy might have made a hall of fame questionable too

Perfect. A new QB with just enough tape for BB and Ernie Adams to find all his weaknesses and pound him into the ground in a few weeks.

I’m not so sure he’s better than Minshew at this point.

First the Patriots don't have to face Darnold and now they escape facing Eli. Are they are other bottom tier QBs that the Patriots will get to miss out on?

Even with the .500 record (like Namath), he is 8 yds behind Big Ben for 6th overall in career passing yards, he is getting in. Whether he is a HOF worthy is another question but his pedigree and 2 rings get him in. Plunkett is the only 2 time SB winning QB NOT in the HOF..

If Haskins replaces Keenum by Week 5 and Darnold doesn't return by Week 7 there's a possibility we could be facing Josh Allen and 4 rookies for the next 5 games.

Week 3: Luke Falk
Week 4: Allen
Week 5: Keenum (Haskins?)
Week 6: Daniel Jones
Week 7: Luke Falk or an emaciated Darnold (maaaaybe a hobbled, one-legged Siemian)

The only multi-ring QB not in the Hall of Fame is Jim Plunkett, who adjusted for era basically WAS Eli Manning, down to having exactly a .500 record. He didn't start nearly as many games as Eli though, and doesn't have anything like the 18-1 storyline to push him over the top.
