Since the ignorant haters, chicken littles and other dunces can't be bothered to do 5 minutes of research, Here you go. I posted this earlier today in the Post-Game thread, but none of you bagging on Gost clearly read it because, well, you don't seem to care for actual facts..

of the 6 Missed 40+ yd FGs, only the 42 yarder should have been a gimmie, though it was in MIAMI where Gostkowski has had issues since 2011.

Missed FGs in Miami for Gost:
2011 - Missed 48 yd FG 1/2
2012 - Missed 49 yd FG 3/4
2013 - Missed 48 yd FG 2/3
2014 - No Misses 2/2
2015 - Missed 46 yd FG 1/2
2016 - Missed 52 yd FG 2/3

2018 - Missed 42 yd FG 2/3
2019 - Missed 48 yd FG 1/2

Totals: 16/23 = 69.6%

You all acting like missing the long FG and the 2 XP, one of which was definitely Bailey's fault is Gostkowski's issue. You completely ignore reality in that he's had issues making long FGs there in Miami in the past. And you ignore the issue with the holder. And Bailey was off on the hold for the missed FG as well.. But you all refuse to blame him. You act like Bailey has ZERO to do with it.

BB would totally trash your evaluations because you can't be bothered to look at everything. Those of us railing against you ARE looking at everything and disagree with your analysis and your conclusions because you refuse to look at everything.

Teach bailey how to kick. He has a strong leg, how hard can it be?

Carli lloyd she'd be some great pr deflection from brown.

Hell, Bozo the Clown could kick better than ghost at this point, even with his clown shoes.

Thank you for proving to everyone you can't be bothered with facts. You're post is blathering nonsense..

So great to see posters like you do some work and research,

Gost will be a ghost by this time next year...book it.

There is no one available out there that’s better. I think if BB had any doubts about Ghost, he’d have at least brought in camp competition for the summer. He’s not going anywhere.

BB will disagree, but he also puts the blame where it belongs. Something you're incapable of doing. And you've shown that time and again. And then you whine and complain about people taking you to task because they show facts and not your kneejerk emotional BS reaction.
You make me laugh. Look up the definition of irony, kid. You need it.

not this year. Next year I fully expect a competition.

I also wonder if the crap turf in MIA had a role in his rough game?

Read somewhere he pulled a Charlie Brown during warm ups. Might have tweaked something or contributed to his uneasiness hitting out of the short grass.

Yeah Ghost missing is getting old.

He doesn’t get a pass for life just because he’s Stephen Gostkowski. This is a problem. He needs to fix it soon.

His inaccuracy is similar to a swing flaw in golf. A little off here and it goes there where he isn't aiming. He has to get it straightened out before he loses all confidence. It could be as simple as picking his head up too soon or some dumb move like that.

Whats old is the ******* "fans" at Gillette who apparently boo'd him. Entitled ****holes.

BB said it best..

The entire operation needs to work on their ****.

I haven't really studied the extra points and FG attempts this season but, if one of the main problems is Bailey's holds, then something needs to be done. I would be surprised if BB didn't address holding for Ghost before he made the decision to cut Allen, so he must have faith that Bailey can do the job. If Bailey can't do it, then something needs to be done. Right now, playing inferior teams, a miss here or there is not critical, but it may become so as the season progresses.

Stunned we have yet to bring someone in. Gost seems like he is cooked.

We are in week 3. Let the entire unit work through whatever they need to work through. There is a lot of time until games actually matter.

Does anyone have John Smith’s phone number?

Why don’t you post his playoff stats ?
He cost us the AFC Championship against Denver a couple years ago & he almost cost us the Super Bowl vs Atlanta.

Throw out all the stats you want. No one can have confidence in the guy if the game is on the line.
