"this garbage"???

Exposing yourself non-consensually to a contractor working at your house is pretty garbage in my book. I guess you could argue that the towel means Brown didn't actually entirely expose himself, but think the intent/implication is clear.

Does it rise to the level of physical/forcible assault/rape? No, but it's surely sexual harassment and is 100% a "garbage" thing to do.

It's not a binary, zero-sum game of determining who is and isn't an "actual victim of sexual assault". If these allegations are true then this woman is a legitimate, "actual" victim of sexual harassment.

We have to stop downplaying this stuff. These responses are a perfect example of why there's a social movement around these issues.

I ask the board as a whole: if that was your daughter painting and Brown shows up wearing nothing but a hand-towel over his junk and strikes up a conversation, how would you feel about the situation? Just some food for thought.
The fact that she went back numerous times and did not report in a timely manner makes it "garbage"

People should really read the full article, there's a lot more in it then just this complaint involving the small hand towel.

Messed up:

Already been reported, still messed up:

Charges never filed, but there was a police report:

Plenty of other stuff in there too. The point being that if you want to go after the trainer's character when you choose not to believe her, you probably should take AB's character into account too, because this guy is a lunatic (perhaps due to CTE, sadly). And for the record, I still don't know whom to believe until more evidence comes out.

This stuff is rather disturbing. The piranha story is sad.

I don't want to draw any major conclusions but it appears that Brown isn't mentally well, for whatever reason(s).

I don't want to say he's Hernandez pt. 2, because that's a big leap, but this stuff is scary and seems to have escalated quickly.

Ultimately the goal of the team is to win football games and it seems Brown gives them a better chance to do that than if he wasn't on the roster, but I'm not sure how sustainable any of this is.

I'm not in much of a position to be critical but I really wonder if the team should've done their due diligence, held onto DT and passed on Brown. Considering the swath of concerns around him, sexual abuse notwithstanding, it doesn't seem that his acquisition was well-considered or researched, and that's unfortunate.

Ok, watching the video makes me wonder why the heck it's even included in the article. For one I at first wondered if the article was implying he was farting in the doctor's face on purpose. I guess some people can fart on command.

The video makes it clear he's standing there politely, the doctor's face is nowhere near his butt, and AB even apologizes and says "My bad. I should leave. I had a lot of fiber." I just don't see anything here that's remotely misconduct.

Your use of the word "garbage" to describe the allegations was also used in reference to the allegation of sexual harassment by the painter who was contracted.

Course not, he enjoys winning though, and Brown helps with that. But I wouldn’t be surprised if they say enough is enough and cut ties even before this is played out. I think they should let it play out, but won’t surprise me if his days are numbered.

He traded Moss, so AB could be gone too...

You ball you get the call...

The negativity can we just enjoy a year of AB.:)

After reading the SI article, he didn't commit any crime with the artist, it was a crude come-on. However, it does enhance Brittany's story about him exposing himself. I still find the rape incident not credible for some reason.

What bothers me just as much if not more is all the people he has stiffed out of money. If I were him, I'd have someone writing checks to all those people this afternoon, along with a blanket apology. Dude needs to totally change his act, he'll get no benefit of any doubt from anyone the way he's going.

I don’t know about that, many of these women get death threats who go public vs celebrities.

We’ll see what happens here. It’d be weird if neither of the women file a criminal complaint.
Maybe even threats from people on this board.

Same exact people who lost their minds during Deflategate.
When you keep going on about how people are supposedly crazy to think Goodell will suspend Brown and talking about people "losing their minds during Deflategate" are you talking about the Deflategate situation where an agenda-driven Goodell, egged on by the other 31 owners, blatantly ignored clear facts and punished Brady and the Patriots way worse than what NE fans ever expected? Or are you perhaps talking about some other "Deflategate" situation somewhere else that I'm not familiar with?

Brown doesn’t look like a nice guy but he can turn a slant into an 80 yard td. I think our players have rallied around him despite his jackass behavior.

Not really because they could have been in a relationship even if it’s a normal and he could been naked so that’s nothing. Also if she thought his behavior was creepy why stay?

Even if she came out with a cum stained dress or blouse as proof, he never said: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." In fact, he said the opposite, admitting to having a consensual relationship with her.

NFL should have stayed out of this because there just isn't any way to prove this one way or the other, and they are in a no-win situation. Unfortunately for AB, the social pressure is against him.

Wouldn't shock me if he's released by Friday. Or he can just pay off everyone (Which I disagree with. Especially if he's innocent) and this goes away.

Regardless, this team is better with him than without him. But at what costs. Is a SB win worth this huge headache?

The doctor at the end didn't look too unhappy...he was trying some sort of a hand stand....

And why test someone's body fat? AB clearly had less than 5% or something.....why does it matter?

You don’t think they could use this as a rallying cry? This team has had distractions before and the guys seemed to like brown. We shall see what happens with the accuser.

Hopefully we have some sort of Jack Easterby replacement that is talking to his people and trying to get this **** fixed up and smooth things out. Push him to start cutting checks because he definitely has money.

If I were BB, I definitely would have someone assigned to try and get all this settled because it is becoming a major distraction.

I'm thrilled to have someone of his talent and IQ on the team, but when the toxicity of an individual outweighs the value of what this individual brings to the football field, I'm no longer a fan.

After reading the SI article, he didn't commit any crime with the artist,

This is simply wrong. If one hired a female cleaning woman and she was in your house, and one did the same exact thing, that is a criminal offense. Now it is an unusual criminal offense, and impossible to prove, but it is a criminal offense regardless.
