Not to mention that Gostkowski has always had issues kicking in Miami.
OK. Originally looked to me like he was down as a result of catching the ball, not intentionally.Collins clearly gives himself up by taking a knee. Refs ruled it correctly
Had Law and Poole not got injured, they would’ve picked up where 2003 team left off. Keith Traylor was also a beast in the middle taking over for the departed Ted Washington.Let's not forget the 2004 defense..
That being said, this team has so much potencial, we are discussing if he can be better than the 07 offense and the 03/04 defense at the same time
Flores probably doesn't recognize 10-20% of his roster considering how many guys just got there. Even the players that are there are bad. Their WRs/RBs were just trash at times. Easily bottom 3 roster w major OL issues.I just quickly scanned through a 83 reply thread at Finheaven entitled 0-43, thoughts?
I counted 20 plus fire Flores posts.
There was only one post that gave anything close to crediting the Pats play and that was the Pats slept walk thru the game.
The '07 team's defensive stats were inflated by the offense making opponents have to play catchup for the whole game.Fixed it for you. Their D wasn’t that great in ‘07. They were old and didn’t have depth like this team does.
That is exactly what it is.Do they do it just feel good about themselves that they were the ones not afraid to ask the tough questions?
After reading BB's PC I wish someone could put names and faces to the people who asked so many stupid questions.
Everyone knows how BB will answer AB or injury questions but some still persist.

I feel like we have to teach them fairly basic football concepts on a regular basis. On another note, Big Ben will almost certainly play the injured card on more than one occasion this season. I can practically guarantee it.BTW, just on a random note . . . I was searching the Twitter to see what was being said about Winovich when I ran across this gem (I'll just post the relevant part):
Yes, because there's nothing Belichick would love more than trading a promising rookie for two less-talented, higher-paid players to solve another team's problem. . . .

I don't know. I think that might be meant as kind of complimentary.Screw Jete PR Assistant Manish Meaculpa.
Ben 'Jabba the Hutt' Roethlisberger not in fine shape?Well, that shouldn't surprise any of us. Even taking away any drama factor, Roethlisberger is the one QB among the five aging elites (Brady, Brees, Rivers, Roethlisberger, Rodgers) who's game strategically included escaping the pocket but still taking the hits in order to lengthen plays, as well as standing in against the rush while in the pocket. And, when you add that to what is obviously the least rigorous of the health regimens among that group, it would be surprising if Ben wasn't breaking down.
This was the game that my dream 59-0 had the best chance of happening. My dream has been crushed. We do play them again at home so my dream is still alive!
