Okay, so this won't be the typical 19-0 thread. I'm listening to 98.5 and they're suggesting that the Pats are going after it. They say that it's the reason we went and signed AB after all. What do you all believe? I'm not asking if you want it or think it'll happen. I'm asking do you all believe the Pats want it and are going for it? Discuss

I think they try to win every game.

I believe they’re trying to go “19-0” in the sense that they’re trying their best to win every single game.

Too soon, let's talk at thanksgiving if they are undefeated

Yes. It’s the one thing left that Brady and Bill REALLY want

No that is not a focal point I would imagine and this team probably will not accomplish it....would honestly rather they didn’t to take pressure off for another SB win which is MUCH MORE important!

Hey, the Pats winning in Miami is almost as rare as 19-0. Might as well go for it.

A Bill Belichick coached team tries to win every single game, regardless of the circumstances.

Sure, their chances are probably the best they've been since 2007 but a lot transpires throughout the year in order to accomplish that feat. We've won 2 and have 17 to go...

How many years do you have to have been a Pat's fan to KNOW that 19-0 is the farthest thing from Bill's brain. The Jetes are up. That's all his focus now.

I think they just try to position themselves with the best chance to win each game and the one at the end of the year. It’s hard to imagine someone like Bill saying, “Alright..we’ve accomplished just about all there is..let’s make 19-0 a goal now”.

The AB move does feel like more of a “win now” type of play though.

Maybe deep down Bill and Tom would love to have it happen whether they’d admit it or not, but it just seems like at the end of the day a Super Bowl win on it’s own takes precedent over any sort of style points that go along with it.

If they trade for Trent Williams, then I’ll say they’re going for it. Otherwise, it’s business as usual for the best run organization in sports.

I think they start every year with an eye towards winning that 19th game. If they happen to win the 18 before it that would be great too but the goal in building the team is always to get into the best position to win the last game they play.

Oh that's the persona they give to the media, but you have to think deep down they felt like they blew something special. I think it's an important thing they want if they are able to align the cards.

They also mentioned that BB remarks in the Saban/BB documentary (yet to air) that he wishes they had lost a game, and they believe he's talking about 2007 . . . for whatever that's worth.

I’d at least like to get to 8-0 first. It’s easy to blow a game.

F. off. Just F.off with this crap. We are 2-0, a nice start. It's a long season. Just take it one game at a time.

Bill is just trying to get 19 1-0s.

OL is the only concern...but it is only september...i keep my emotions as low As possible...
