Official Post Game Thread - Pats shut out the Phins

Another great defensive game by us!!! I know it's Miami, but our D is going to be really good this year. Nice to see AB contribute early and often. I like the potential of our Offense.

Not too many negatives, hopefully Gost can get on track and our O-line can get healthy.

Really nice to start the season 2-0 with some winnable games coming up.

Best first two defensive games in Pats history I’ve seen. Always dreamed of having a dominating defense. Hope this awesomeness continues.

Love everything about this game except for the Wynn injury. He's so good when he's healthy. I hope holding him out was just precautionary.

It will be interesting to see if Caserio has already been on the phone to the Redskins about Williams after Wynn's injury.. Hopefully, they kept him out for precautionary reasons..

Pats on pace to allow 24 points this season

I think it's safe to say, going back to the SB against a very good offensive Rams team, that BB has found something with the defense that obviously works well. This isn't an anomaly anymore. 3 straight without surrendering a TD.

I am in awe every week about how good this D looks, especially from the SB till now.... it is such a pleasure to watch them.
Till last year we had not had a pick 6 in a few years, then we got one towards the end of last year and today we got 2 !!
As long as we stay relatively injury free we should be able to do really well this year.
My only gripe is that when we are up 4 scores into the 4th, Brady should not be in the game !

Did the Pats cover the spread? LOL

Very satisfying. The D looked good again. The O has a bright future once they get everything firing. The OL is a HUGE HUGE concern moving forward. Wynn not returning is definitely not a good sign, though I'm not hitting the panic button yet. That's really the biggest thing right now for this team.

We wait on Wynn. Please not be season ending. I think Kunningham played fine but Newhouse was horrible. Kunningham/Cannon could probably get it done in the short term. Brady to AB will be greatness in due time. Run game is off but probably due to 3 starting OL out.

The defensive depth is insane with all these role players looking improved.

Miami Miracle? Only miracle in this game for them is Collins slipped on the for sure pick 6 at the end of the game.
