I hopped on Twitter several moments ago only to see @nfl retweet a clip from @nflfilms of the Mario Manningham catch from SB XLVI.

Belichick challenged the play, and rightfully so. The refs ruled the play as a catch, stating Manningham caught the ball and maintained possession.

But did he though? I went and looked back at the video, slowed it down at the slowest setting. His feet dragged behind him as he went out of bounds.
After he caught the ball, he got his right foot down.

Hopefully you can get to the bottom of this and the nfl will reverse the call

He has both feet down as he's pulling the ball towards his chest.
Pains me to see and say it ... but the call was correct.

Quest bailed .............

I was just thinking we need an injection of new SB42 and SB46 threads. Always well-received and the OP’s point is always so fresh and fascinating.

Eh, least painful loss. If it wasn’t NY and 2007 hadn’t happened I’d hardly care at all. Actually glad there’s no footage of Hernandez celebrating a Super Bowl victory.

Oh yes, the past can hurt. But from the way I see it, you can either run from it, or... learn from it.

Meh. Manningham made a play when he got a chance.

If Welker makes his play when he had the chance, it never would have mattered.

If Grogan would've started........

I don't know GM, if Brady would have caught his own pass like Gisele said he could then that would have been the play to make.

Thanks Wes!!!

Well the Patriots did complete the Quest 4 Six, Homie. What purpose is left?

So true.
Let’s go back and win the ones we lost. That’ll prove our greatness.

If Moss was three inches taller....
