He did. His technique got a lot worse. Started to try to catch the ball with his body for some reason.
I'm not understanding your point. Are you saying the only way to credibly state that a rape occurred is if you were there and witnessed it? Aren't the vast majority of these cases based on he said / she said arguments with other circumstantial evidence thrown in (witness accounts before and after the incident). I mean even when they find dna evidence, the guy just has to say it was consensual. The women generally have an uphill battle to prove they were raped. She may not be lying at all, her account of events may be completely accurate. But I’m saying that if someone is going to say “I know this happened because I’ve seen it happen” it relevant whether they actually saw it happen or they are just relaying what they were told. I now can back up his story just as much as he can in that I can repeat what I was told about it.
As to why her account could be inaccurate- She may have been told by the police the case is difficult to prove and got discouraged and took that as they wouldn’t take it seriously.
Just looked at the website and he has not been assigned anything. False alarm guys.
This should all hinge on the unnamed "football player" as a witness to the circumstances the night she was supposedly raped. What was she doing anyway out having dinner with them all and going back to Brown's house and goes inside with him because she says she had to use the bathroom? If he assaulted her two times before she wouldn't go near him.
Madden 20 is now updated with Brown on the Patriots.
Let's Rooooooooock!!!!!
We’ll watch Madden simulations and think of what might have been. Please take some photos. This may be the closest we get to seeing it actually happen
Here's where I disagree with the guy you responded to. As far as I know, This is NOT like she went to the police and was told to "move on". She never reported this to ANYONE in authority. I think that is a distinction that needs to be emphasized when we are talking about believability.Terrible story.
Where there other details? Like did they refuse to allow her to file the complaint or did they tell her how difficult it would be to win? I see a huge difference there.
The other consideration could be with her being “blackout drunk” what kind of witness would she make?
It’s horrific that the people who did that to her go free but it probably would have been worse for her to go through a trial and have them found not guilty.
I agree that not reporting isn’t proof of anything. But I do think not reporting, then going for the money grab is extremely suspicious. I can’t think of the reason to not report that wouldn’t also keep you from filing a civil suit against a celebrity that will have you directly in the center of the news cycle.
very andy johnson of you.So we agree.
