I’ve been with two women who have squirted. I’m not sure how I think about it to this day because I’ve never tasted piss before, or maybe I have? Either way, my bed is ruined and I’m single.
104 pages later...lol

From the lawsuit filing:

“30. Ms. Taylor never dated or had an interest in any romantic relationship with Brown. Their relationship, as far as Ms. Taylor believed and behaved, was that of a ‘brother-sister’ type.”

Yeesh

Yikes, those videos were her version of "brother-sister".............!

“Squirting, arbitrary, morality, intelligent design, and intrinsic to the universe: The Antonio Brown story.”

Your argument is that living things only act immorally because they have to (i.e., survival)?
That wasn’t my argument at all.

One only needs to read the news poorly on a semi-daily basis to realize that living things (especially humans) act immorally when under no physical threat, all the time.
Possessing morals does not mean acting with high moral integrity in every situation. In fact people disagree about what is morally right in many case.

I can assure you that if morality was as instinctual as eating, the world would be a much better place and we wouldn't have robust philosophical and religious texts attempting to teach people how to behave morally.
Behaving morally doesn’t mean having the sand priorities as you.

If morality is a survival instinct,
No one said it was

what then is the reason why so many living things act in a way that would be deemed immoral, very often?
That depends upon who is making the moral judgment, the level of intellect and understanding of the being and the circumstances. An animal that kills for food is not acting immorally, it is acting for survival.

Why are there different philosophical and religious texts that posit different versions of morality?
Because people hold different moral values.
You seem to think that there is one right or wrong and morality is only what you agree is right. That’s probably why you don’t get this.

Why do we have to discipline children? Why do we teach children certain values and principles as they grow up? If these traits were inherent, all we'd need to do is provide their basic survival needs and they're automatically behave morally, and yet this is not the case.
Having morals doesn’t mean you automatically do the right thing every time. It means your moral compass exists and competes wit other motivations.

Wtf is happening in this thread?

So what if they were at one point in a committed relationship, do you subscribe to the idea that a husband can’t rape his wife? They might have been a happy couple until one day Browns crazy ass brain snapped and he became violent with her you don’t know.

Michael Felger says the Patriots owe AB a 5 million dollar signing bonus on September 23rd. Thinks they will release him before that day.

haha Felger...... where do I start.......... lol

I don't know how i feel about benching him or playing him.

Benching him a few weeks while more information is gathered wouldn't be the worst idea for the team. Frankly Antonio Brown has to take some measure of responsibility for putting himself in such a stupid situation. In the best case he knew this girl was trouble and continued the relationship. I can't feel much sympathy for the team wanting to err on the side of caution for a week or two to see if anything else comes out before they play him.

On the other hand to bench him any more games will all but ensure he loses any chance to hit any of his incentives. They were hard enough with 15 games. If it becomes 13 he has no shot. To bench him simply because was he accused (with that initially looking particularly questionable) would only give fake accusers looking for a fast money grab more incentive to do so in the future. It means an accusation alone without much believably or evidence behind it is still enough to hold a barrel over a players head if they have season long incentives on the line, which a lot of them do.

Personally I find myself on the play him until proven they shouldn't side. It may well come back to bit them in the ass but you need to let these things play out in the courts. To sit him merely based on accusation (which is questionable in this case in particular) means making it only more common it happens to other player when accusers see their accusations alone can hold such leverage.

If he practices he plays. It doesn’t make sense otherwise. As things stand I would treat him like any other player until the league says they can’t.

Left last night at page 54, now almost double the pages. Can't make heads or tales WTF is going on in this thread aside from useless philosophizing, very little on AB and alleged charges.

Might be time to shut this down and treat this like a GDT. Start a new one every day titled "AB Drama - Day X" or "As AB Turns - Day X."

Actually AB agreed to give her money (invest in her gym/business) but never did after he realized she didn't even have a gym or business. Then she got pissed since her scam didn't work.

Exactly and to the tune of $1.6 million. I'm surprised people aren't making a bigger deal of this.

Yeah I agree if you're the patriots you focus on football let the man play and once this is resolved for better or worse you make a decision based on that.

No words.
Two words: Three times? This trainer -- a professional -- was raped by a customer and said nothing, let herself be alone with the rapist even after a second assault, and never reported any assault, sought a restraining order, or went to a hospital? The allegations are serious, but it's hard to swallow the story. I'm going to pop some corn and watch this #metoo vs #takeaknee drama unfold. Bound to be lots of #SocialJustice on tap.

No tangible evidence exists for those things at this point in time, so I disagree. I think meaning is created subjectively, by the way.

Which makes you an existential atheist, which is exactly what I referred to you as.

has anyone asked how much pittsburgh knew and covered up to let him play ??

if big ben got 4 games for two incidents then give ab 2 games and lets move on.
and ps....what's in the water in pittsburgh ?

My God how clearly does one need it spelled out for them?

Her lawsuit states that she had a strictly professional relationship with AB, no romantic entanglement. Yet anyone with half a brain cell can see from the videos that it is more than a professional relationship.

Thus she is lying about that. Additionally there is no evidence of him assaulting or raping her. So what? We are supposed to take a liar purely at her word and assume AB could very well be a rapist?

Give me a ****ing break. Let us know when some evidence is presented to believe the liars accusation.
