I read the last page and some dude daught flack for posting videos that were 8 pages old.
Pretty much nothing. The accuser is a liar and Belichick/Brady refused comment. That’s about it right now.

You're in this thread and you're asking what's the latest?

Sorta like that guy who was overheard while he was taking a picture of Big Ben, in London: "What time is it?"
Lighten up, Francis. It was sarcasm.

The Patriots crime blotter grows: Ex-NFL Quarterback Ryan Mallett Arrested For DWI

I am really surprised they didn't blast this as former PATRIOT arrested for drunk driving.

Theory: Brown was signed as a distraction about the Mallett DUI. The Patriots knew about the lawsuit, and they welcomed it to stop the Mallett story from blowing up, along with the Brady house sale story. Also there’s a mutiny forming in the locker room over trading DT.

Did I miss something - the linked article about her passing a lie detector specifically mentions that she answered truthfully about the first and the second incident. No mention of the third incident (rape) - did they forget to ask her about that? Or did I miss something (sorry in advance if I did)?

What’d Slater say?

The videos are very interesting. Not going to definitively say that they prove she may be lying, but from being in too many relationships in the past to discuss, Those video look like they are quite cozy together, they sure don't look like a man and woman who didn't have a non sexual (consensual) relationship. They remind me of several of my past relationships, even with some of my exes, there was a flirtatious behavior when we hung out, more than flirting, but who needs to hear details. Those videos remind me of familiar situations I've been in, in the past.

Lets just say, women who are JUST my friends or acquaintances, aren't posting videos while sitting on my lap, or sitting on my bed half naked, it's usually a different kind friendship.

Came for the sexual assault, stayed for the deep dive into the genesis and validity of human morality.

Wow. Listened to national sports radio this afternoon. This country is ****ed.

Morality isn't intrinsic to the universe, it's a human construct. Killing isn't inherently immoral, because - again - morality is an entirely human concept.

Than what you’re you’re saying is morality isn’t scientifically provable. That’s different than it being arbitrary. It’s not easy to scientifically define the difference between an adult and a child. That doesn’t mean that children don’t exist, or that the definition of “child” is arbitrary.

That's just my perspective, however, as someone who doesn't believe in intelligent design. I consider the entirety of the universe to be random, including humanity and human thought.

Okay so then everything is random. Tom Brady throwing to Edelman in the Super Bowl is random, and not the result of practice or preparation or something.

Actually you can pretty definitively say she is lying considering her lawsuit states they had a professional relationship and no intimate involvement or romantic desire.

AB the rapist Patriot is a more enticing story than the truth.
he may not be a rapist, but he sure is a big time weirdo, no matter who is defending him.

not necessarily. You can't necessarily say definitively. She could be a total mess, liar, but still be telling the truth about being attacked.

This is why they only thing that matters is evidence or corroboration, of which there appears to be neither as of yet.

In a way, yes. Their existence is random, as is the existence of everything, at least from my perspective.

I'm using the word "arbitrary" accurately. At one point, morality didn't exist as a concept. Unless, as I said, you believe in intelligent design. In that case, nothing is arbitrary.

Mazzhole.

I didn’t say she wasn’t assaulted. I said she lied about having no romantic involvement with AB. And you are delusional if you think those videos aren’t proof of it.
