Another tidbit in the lawsuit

The lawsuit also included a paper trail of purchased STD and pregnancy test from Walgreens after the incidents.

So she saved receipts of std & pregnancy tests? But she couldn't go to the cops? std and pregnancy tests receipts don't prove anything. She was of full mind to take std & pregnancy tests but not a rape kit?

More I read of this complaint, the going back to his house the next day, the polygraph, the saving receipts, that phony address, painting herself as a church goer, the timing of the lawsuit, coincidentally getting married right after she filed this.

I don't want to say it didn't happen because I don't know but these are all red flags for me.

I'm not sure this hurts a rape case, per se, but rape is a very difficult thing to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and that she didn't go to police makes it virtually impossible Brown would ever be found guilty of anything (assuming the statute of limitations hadn't already run out). How that plays out in civil court, I do not presume to know. It's basically a he said/she said. The STD and pregnancy tests don't hurt her case, but they do nothing to prove Brown did anything wrong.

Goodell sees the tweet he's practicing.....goes on exempt list tonight...watch. You can just feel this
If he were going on the exempt list, I think he would be there already.

Rosenhaus on ESPN now:

- Says they were anticipating the lawsuit
- Fully denies AB did it
- Claims there's evidence and facts that will come to light that will prove innocence
- Calls it a money grab
- Has spoken with NFLPA, not NFL
- AB will fully cooperate
- Does not mention if they talked with NE about this before signing
IF it is proven her allegations are false, she should go to prison just as Brown would if found guilty

Assuming the evidence presented is true, then yes, that's all correct and seems to raise questions about the motivation/intent of the lawsuit.

Does that means sexual assault/rape didn't occur? I don't know.

We shall see.
Yeah, exactly this. A lot of the "don't jump to conclusions" folks--which is the correct stance I believe--are pretty willing to jump to conclusions about her motivations. If we're playing the "we can reasonably deduce motives based on what little we know of someone's actions" game, then AB doesn't exactly come out looking like a champ either because the dude has been acting legitimately crazy for months.

There's just no good reason to assume either way, IMO. Let the process play out, see what the evidence looks like.

It will happen right after the interview:
How quickly will the Antonio Brown investigation unfold?

If, along the way, the Commissioner concludes that Brown “may have violated this Policy by committing” sexual assault or rape, the Commissioner may place Brown on paid leave. The Commissioner’s powers in this regard are very broad; he needs to conclude only that Brown “may” have committed a violation. The content of the lawsuit could be enough to allow Commissioner to include that a violation “may” have happened.

I agree with most of what you say, but she was hunting for money. She first contacted him just after he received a $19 million signing bonus. She talked him into investing $1.6 million into her business. He backed out after learning she owed back taxes and there was a lien on her property.

Well, there you go. I hate to put any rape allegations in this light, but this is quickly becoming a C'mon man episode. "Hey I know you raped me and all, how would you like to invest in my business?"

I’d like to know what in af Brown is doing employing a personal trainer with very little experience, who specializes in children’s gymnastics. I mean, come in, how was this not a groupie/fan hookup scenario from the beginning? This girl is in her early 20s. To say she was his personal trainer really strains credibility.

It will happen right after the interview:
I'm sure Brown will get his say before that decision is made.

If Brown is innocent, and his legal team has the facts and evidence, there's nothing to worry about.

IF it is proven her allegations are false, she should go to prison just as Brown would if found guilty

he cant go to jail as a result of a civil suit

...which means nothing, I hope you know.

Just reporting what I'm seeing out there, man  . Honestly, the people on this forum jump to conclusions so quickly. First, it was Gisele has become an ardent supporter of Antonio Brown based of a cryptic Instagram post, and now this...

They were friends in college. "Early" 20s is quite the stretch.

Rosenhaus is a great agent...seriously. He is so committed to his clients.
