-- I have not stated nor endorsed any statement of presumption of Antonio Brown's guilt. My likes in this thread are public. I have read his lawyer's statement and his emails that the accuser is using as evidence, and all signs currently point to him being extorted.

-- You jumped in to me disagreeing with someone that said that the MeToo movement had become a joke, and based on my disagreement with that, you made some untrue assumptions, which is exactly what you've been whining about in this thread. Not great, Bird! You even threw in a "You People" and a truly bizarre accusation that I would not care about Emmitt Till were I alive when his murder occurred. I'm not assuming accusation of racial bias, because I agree with you that making assumptions is bad! It would be pretty sloppy and stupid of me to make such a assumption.

The hilarious part of this is that you're........assuming......... I am referring to RACE, when I am simply speaking about false accusations. Emmitt Till happened to be Black, and perhaps his murder was related to that fact, but in this same thread I am speaking about the man Zoe Quinn accused, a White male. This has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with false allegations. When I said "you people", I'm referring to the "listen and believe" types, AKA, SJWs. I don't know if it is the same case or not but Neymar (soccer player) was accused of rape and everybody was trashing him untill he proved (he was luck the girl recorded beating him - to sumarize she wanted him to slap him and leave bruises so she could say he forced her to have sex with him). I Really hope she have material evidences or go to jail even if it only a civil suits you are ruining his life. Football wise i think they should not give him any discipline till it is a criminal case.

The most interesting angle here to me is the timing of it all. Is this a recent civil suit that was brought in after he signed with the team or before ?

Because I wonder if Rosenhaus knew about it and didn't tell the team before signing. I am sure Brown had the usual language in his contract where he has to confirm there is nothing to his knowledge that could keep him from playing at the point of signing.

Now this is a civil suit so it might not apply but if the commish can theoretically put him on the exempt list over that who knows if the team could still go after his guarantees. If they can I can't wait for the next meltdown.

Either way the real damage would be the trust between Rosenhaus and the Pats if he knew and didn't say.

Unless there’s some form of video or physically evidence that leaks I’m gonna side with Brown on this one for now. Way too many instances of women falsely claiming athletes.

Antonio Brown is like a full moon. He’s got everyone on edge and turning on each other. James Devlin doesn’t bring out those emotions. Just saying.

Please, she filed a civil suit? 2 years after said incident and never filed a police report? And waited to file this civil suit until the day after brown gets signed by the Pats? Obviously it wasn’t rape, she doesn’t want police involved in any investigation she just wants some cash from brown to make her accusations go away in your standard shake down.

If the NFL preemptively prevents brown from playing due to a warrantless civil suit then they should be sued as well. 3 times having sex isn’t rape, that’s a consensual relationship

As I stated earlier, he will either be released by the Pats, or suspended by the league. Now that the league is investigating, it’s obvious he will be suspended.

This is hood rat drama at its finest!
