Same type of deal as Revis.

I always love the "they were nothing 20 years ago!!" argument lol

Figured it would be one of these kinds of deals. Curious what that makes this year’s cap number/how much dead cap there’ll be next year if he’s gone.

I think he will be fine, I suspect Ben Rothlisberger is one of the main issues with that team.

Tony Toe Tap is a Patriots and I’m still in shock days later.

Be amazing if he sticks around and we re sign Gordon too.

I am more worried about what Bruschi tweeted out last night...How many targets will he get a game and will it be enough?

He's not the type that's just going to change and if his #s aren't great to end the year to get another huge deal...will he become a problem like when JuJu was getting the workload and he hated it.

I just don't think he can change that aspect of himself.

I really hope he's only here for this year and he will be but..I expect some moaning come end of the year IMO

That was one of my thoughts, AB wanting the ball thrown to him. I can invision side line rants between brown, brady and mcdaniles.

All we can do is hope AB doesn't get himself wrapped around the axle over touches and is satisfied with a handful a game.

Fortunately, I think JE11 is content enough with less.

Not sure about Josh but I suspect he'll be quiet.

Either way if AB starts *****ing about targets he will get rained on by a bunch a people and strongly suggest he STFU

I’m confused. Is this a player option or a team option? Or is it purely for cap purposes.
Team option. Not aware of a player option in the NFL.

I am thinking he lasts until Thanksgiving. I am kind annoyed that the Patriots will have to cut a good player for Brown.

I can't wait to see how he looks on the field. I think he'll be worth all the money the Pats are paying, which is a lot more than the players fighting it out for roster spot #53.

All I know for sure is that Brown is one of the best WRs in the NYFL. The Steelers looked lost without him last night.

How did the Patriots look without him?

(.....and Demarius Thomas, and N'Keal Harry......)

I thought the offense looked great.

I can't say that the Pats wouldn't be better with AB though. There's no denying his ability, is there?

There's also the potential losses at WR that could make him very valuable later on in the season.

Brown is Revis on the other side of the ball. I hope it drives the rest of the NYFL nuts. I especially wonder what Goody and the Parityarians feel.

It’s pretty clear he started acting up to get away from Ben and then again to get away from the Raiders. The Steelers dealt him to a team he didn’t want to go to so he pulled the crazy act to get released and control his own path.

My guess is he’ll be fine in NE this year, rehab his image, have a great chance to win a SB and then cash in after the season.
