Antonio Brown

The one thing that concerns me is his record of publishing internal communications whether it's the locker room in Pittsburgh or the letters from Mayock or phone call with Gruden to his social media. That said, I have an open mind to wait and see where this goes

That could exonerate us.

I'll head back over in a bit. I can go for another "Go F yourself" from a Chiefs fan...
I don’t know how you keep your composure over there. Christ you have 450 posts in Chiefs Planet. I have 800 in Patsfans and I have been on here since 2010. Good job over there. They don’t know how to respond to you, except for what you implied above.

Pretty much this. It’s scummy how he played the raiders so I’ll never truly “buy in” to Antonio Brown. He’s basically a 1 year mercenary to me that can help us get ring #7.

are you kidding me right now ??? nothing bad enough can happen to the raiders. and that was a preseason game.

My Onion writer's room headline pitch: NFL Issues Memo to Players Stating That They Can't ALL Play For New England.
The Patriots have become the college football equivalent of the Crimson Tide. Does Alabama win every year? No. But they have the talent to compete every year because they are an institution.

Even if AB is a saint this year and we win the SB, I don’t like this signing.

The server can't... It just... can't...

I'm guessing this site is big enough that Ian houses the servers at an Equinix(or similar) data center. Biometric access, enviro controlled, separate power circuits and backup power, high RAID, clustering/redundant servers, load balancers. OC3 BW. Great, right? Unfortunately, even with all that, some punk Jet fan smokin a joint out on the street throws it into a slightly ajar manhole cover and we're offline! :)

They are mild over there. I keep them off balance.

I have 49k posts here, too

I do have a life....I think?:p

I don't like this move, he is a headache the Pats don't need...
I really don’t understand this way of thinking. The patriots have shown that they know exactly the way to handle situations like this. If he behaves and plays well, then that’s great. If there’s any problem, he gets cut. What’s the worry?

Loser donates $20 to charity of our choosing. I choose Sunrise Movement. You?

You're on. I choose:

"World Central Kitchen, set up by the chef José Andrés, provides food to people after natural disasters. Mr. Andrés and a relief team have arrived in Nassau, the capital, and have begun to identify places where they can set up kitchens on the affected islands."

With today's developments, I'm thinking all this pre season super hype build up is just going to put Gronk over the top in a few weeks - he won't want to miss out on this ride with the boys. If BB, the coaches, & TFB keep everything in check, the Patriots could produce a historic season.

But like everything else in life, key moments are very fleeting. It won't magically re appear when your pushing 55 or so and starting to get gray. You don't want to be asking yourself "what if". If he's physically healthy, I think the chance for another fabulous ride and another ring from Mr Kraft will be one strong lure Gronk won't be able to resist. And for us Patriots fans, wow.....what a time, certainly never to be repeated again.

AB a Saint?...thought he signed with us? - Would have been funny though if he went to a team called the Saints

How about the Patriots are down 5 to the Eagles in the SB with 10 seconds to go, Brady throws a quick 3 yard slant to AB and he turns that into a spectacular 50 yard TD evading literally every single Eagle secondary prevent defender? Are you going to be sitting on the couch stoically saying "I just do not care, I just do not approve of this signing"?

Do you watch movies about redemption (Shawshank Redemption, Blood Diamond, It's A Wonderful Life) and turn it off half way while saying "doesn't matter what they do later or in the end. They behaved badly in the beginning so they're dead to me now"

Antonio doesn't care about NDAs.

How many teams in NFL History have had starting wideouts with supreme talent like a Josh Gordon and Antonio Brown on the same field opposite each other?...if Gronk came back and with Edelman down the center of the field would think it would become damn near impossible to keep this team from scoring at will,at least 30 points per game regardless of Brady's age

Antonio's a headcase but there's also piss poor leadership over there, Mayock having a 2o second presser to tell everyone AB isn't in the building, constant pandering to the media, nauseating...

What are we gonna do with him?

Whenever I watch his or steeler clips from recent years, they can talk all they want about getting rid of his attitude and whatnot but they’re absolutely kidding themselves if they think they aren’t going to miss his contributions. It’s a lot to make up for. And if he does work out here a lot to look forward to.
